- The only type of grenade that should exists!
This one was a real challenge to create.
It is composed with a soft pistachio cremeux, a very light pistachio mousse, a moist pistachio sponge and a delicious fresh bloody orange compote.

I'm always so curious what these taste like.
The ingredients and colors are so different from anything I've had that I don't even have a reference in my mind for what it could possibly taste like.. it's literally alien food to me.
I think its fruity inside and the rest tastes like biscuit and white chocolate. Mostly those colours dont have an own taste but a little bit artificial/chemical.
@@loewenstark2969 i didn't see any white chocolate and the rest probably tastes like pistachio. doesn't look artificial at all.

Blood orange is good, though I thought pomegranate (Fr., "grenade") would have been especially clever.

I've got half a mind to quit studying engineering and become a pastry chef now haha (Of course I'll finish my degree before I decide anything)
Considering some of the items I've seen on this channel, having a degree in engineering is going to come in handy if you decide to make the same kind of fancy desserts.

@@kingkea3451 You could stick with engineering and pursue baking (pastry making) if you want to. Then you might become a master Bakineer! (If you aren’t familiar with that term, feel free to check out Netflix’s “Baking Impossible“.)

His Own store? Yes! But I doubt anyone he would employ to help cover the store could NOT possibly duplicate these works of art
Imagine how much he could make doing specialty work for events like weddings, rich people get-togethers and parties, etc. He could make simpler, more mass-produced artworks using molds or casts and use stuff like this as his flagship works. So many possibilities with that kind of skill and craftsmanship across multiple disciplines.
If the military all over the world start using these kind of grenade the earth will be peaceful.
