Crunchy sweet dough with a moist grapefruit almond cream, grapefruit mousse holding a delicious grapefruit compote made with fresh vesicles.

@@pocketpj2722 people who say they hate grapefruit are eating it wrong. Look up the right way and try it, you're supposed to peel the skin/membrane off on each slice, exposing the fruity little nodules. You don't eat the slices whole like an orange. Thanks

“Culinary arts”. The 4 year degree is an arts degree. As a chef with rather limited experience in the industry, merely 6 years, I can say without a doubt that all of this man’s creations are art. I don’t nearly have the patience nor skill to pull off what he does. Definitely inspiring

probably yeah. he most likely only uses footage where he doesn't make mistakes. nothing against him though, i would do the same.
and even if he didnt make any mistakes while working on this project, he definitely has made mistakes in past projects.
