An easy way to make a vampire costume might be tying some black fabric around their neck to be a cape and making little fangs out of paper. If you want a dress you could do a black version of the one in my first no sew clothes video

I suggest getting a rotary cutter. I use it for sewing and paper crafts and it can come in handy when cutting curves and awkward lines.
I actually got one as a gift but it got super dull all of a sudden! I used it in a few videos but need to get another one. Thank for the tip!
