I think this man is too kind. Since this ah neh has committed an offence according to Singapore law when he urine on a void deck, he should not have the gall to still trying to "out talk" and playing dumb. I would just give him one warning to clean the mess and smell, and if he refuses, then just post his photo to the police and do the citizen's "arrest" of the offence for the police to follow up. Personally, I have encountered this behaviour by an adult foreign worker at a staircase to a void deck during lunch hour just a few months ago. This kind of behaviour has to stop for hygiene sake in the community. If the town councils can spend money to install cameras on lifts, and foyers on one hand, and yet do nothing to educate those contractors who import workers from countries without educating them on the proper behaviour, it is a waste of taxpayers money and acting contradictory to the implementation of cameras on the other.
I like the way this man was teaching that ill mannered n dirty man a lesson he will never forget.
