Extremely weary. Extremely irritable. Head pressure. Definitely go to do things and end up just laying down. Eating is fine. Previously I didn't want to eat anything and drinking a lot of water. Now eating but not as much water. Do not wish to go anywhere. And yes back and shoulder pain. Difficulty engaging in 3D conversations and anything related to that world

I'm so glad you've mentioned the shaking and feet. My feet feel numb but tingling like after my back fusions. My shaking was noticed today by my apartment manager. Also, I'm almost knocking over my water glass many times in a day. I've had pain in my upper thigh and almost bed ridden for 5 months. Ugh. Finally, the pain is almost gone since yesterday. I'm definitely not hungry and only eat once a day but not every day. Fasting is easier I've noticed. I can't even sleep. My feet feel like restless leg syndrome when I turn the lights out. Then I'm only sleeping for 2-4 hours a night. I used to sleep for 10 hours and used to dream. I can't wait to have this over with.

Wow, and I thought I feel shitty because I'm getting older - but it seems me being sick & tired has different reasons. ...Yep, shoulders & head constant pressure. At least I can walk to the park again - I couldn't leave my house in 2022-23.

It's not me who would like to change anything what's natural on your stream. Everything is natural. All the sounds of your dogs are making, they are great, all is cool. Last week I'd asked you if you can fix the overexposure issue, and its not a problem at all , we can listen to you, we can watch whatever you decide to broadcast- it's your channel- your stream - do whatever you like to do. It would be nice to see your beauty in full "brightness" without overexposure, and yet listening to you ladies is great pleasure, so again, it is everything up to you. Nothing because you are not going anywhere. Our consciousness ascends and our bodies change from carbon to chrystaline but we do not actually go anywhere.
I think my mother has lots of entities that lap up negative energy. She gets energised through constant negativity. This zaps our (her children) energy, any sense of self and drains us. My poor dad died early and we all think it’s her energy.

My entire family and every 'friend' chooses to remain snoring their a$$ off and refusing to wake up. I'm done and tired of even trying to commicate with them about it. Just roll my eyes and move on. I felt dizzy one day …it was horrible
Yes I now have a cough that is squeezing my respiratory. And ears clog . Tue first day I was ice cold and I literally had a heater 10 inches away from my face and I still was ice cold mind you it wasn’t cold at all outside then my temperature regulated. It’s been a while three days. I feel like I’m coming back down into myself. We’re now the symptoms of all the crap is going away.
