Bro i have one doubt. what about the job opportunity of human resource management in Netherlands bro. I know we have to have a higher Dutch level for this job but would Dutch people be cool to appoint an outsider to be an HR? How is that works? What i am asking is mostly HR deals with people right, so the most of the people in the company would be Dutch so the company would want a Dutch person to fill that position right? Or is it possible to get a job as an HR? Please tell me bro I'm confused

I have met many expats/ foreigners as HR in many companies especially the big ones. Most of the High Tech Sector deals with expats and off-shore counter parts.
Dutch people in my opinion are friendly and welcoming. But, I would suggest you to pick up the language soon, you will have plenty of opportunity and better salary.
