Keen Rat [Fallout 2 - Part 5]

It is time to face the evil keen rat, who lives in the sewer system under Klamath. After bumbling there, i must save Smiley the hunter from gecko filled caves. Get your rubber boots on and let's a goooo!

This is not seeing through wall. If enemy have yellow outline, you have no direct eye contact, but you know about him. E.g. you hear him.
Those door in rat cave in Klamath are the hardest door in north part of map. They have difficulty 60. It means that before % roll, 60 points are subtracted from your Lockpick skill. So if you have less then 60%, you have no chance to pick them. Therefore is a dynamite in the shelf just beside a door. But no worry, only lootable thing behind those door is Fuel Cell Regulator, which is useless till you get Fuel Cell Controler from Gecko.

Oh I didn't know that the door had such a high percentage! Dang so much time got wasted there. Should have just dynamited it in the first place.
