"Al-Agharr Al-Muzani (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, ""Sometimes I perceive a veil over my heart, and I supplicate Allah for forgiveness a hundred times in a day.""

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying, ""I swear by Allah that I seek Allah's Pardon and turn to Him in repentance more than seventy times a day.""
[Al-Bukhari]."

What is unique about this talk is he starts off with all the major verses on repentance on the Quraan as chosen by Imam an Nawawi. Some themes are conditions for God not punishing us in this world, the rewards of what we get if seek forgiveness from God, the way to respond after committing a small sin, the implications of committing a great sin and more. Shaykh Yasir comments on the different interpretations of one or two powerful ahadith and stresses to seek forgiveness a lot and not worry about counting the number of times one does it.
