  • In this video I break down how to do the Low Bridge Rotation and offer you drills in 3 distinct categories you need to perform the Low Bridge Rotation.
I provide you with exercises for strength and mobility for the knees, hips, thoracic spine and shoulders.
Theses parts when drilled in isolation make the Low Bridge Rotation possible.
The Low Bridge Rotation is ideal to train in it's own right, but it also forms an integral skill in a broader movement practice.
If you have studied movement culture or the works of Ido Portal then you may of seen this skill.
It also forms part of a broader language within the Locomotion Flow vocabulary.

No gaps whatsoever. Superb work. I'm starting to expect nothing less from you Aaron, I'll be hanging around this channel like a bad smell for a few months at least. I reckon a week will get me this, I've a high work ethic. Been tinkering with this move on and off but keep hitting brick walls and giving in and there you just go right ahead and show me how to smash them down. Kinda weird how all the popular guides are full of holes.

This channel is a goldmine for a martial artist like myself, slowly exploring the more movement based training (as something I do alongside the martial and standard gym training). :) Keep it up and I think your channel will reach the Silver Play Button status for sure... you're very skilled talking to the camera and your editing and thumbnail game is strong as well, have you had previous RUclips channels? :)

Thank you, very kind feedback. No I havnt had any previous RUclips experience, just this channel which has always just been about sharing what I learn to help others. Hopefully I can grow it to an even wider audience to help as many people as possible. Thanks for the support!

@@agrifforama You're welcome, I have consistently done weekly videos for about 6-7 years. I've had a couple of viral videos in the process but my growth has stagnated years ago, but I also do it to make a difference. Eventhough I've got millions of views on a couple of videos, and more than 300 monetized videos at least, that does not translate into any substantial earnings... mostly cuz my audience is spread around the world and with the niche of martial arts, there's not that much advertisement money it seems... but the true value and earning comes from making an impact. Your skills are inspiring and your channel seems very helpful, so I've subscribed... cuz I'm having fun exploring this movement field. :)

@@ZenDragonRUclipsChannelwow man congratulations. I've just been checking out your channel. I had no idea there were so many weapons! Very cool. Alot of work has gone into it no doubt but it looks like you love what you do so I'm sure it's been fun! Hopefully one day i can grow my channel as big as yours!

@@agrifforama I am a jack of all trades, master of none. Generalist not specialist, so from weapons to flashy kicks, to pragmatic self defense, to BJJ, there's alot that I do. :) I am not a quick learner, I feel I'm pretty athletic, but I think I'm not that naturally gifted in terms of spatial awareness and pattern reckognition and such (not sure that's the proper term), once I download the movement I do it well but it takes me a long time to download.... my movement capacity and intelligence however is expanding trying out more things. :p Anyways, enough about me, keep up the good work... I'll keep watching :)

Nice drills and warm-ups. One of the few moves you've covered I can do, not the best but passable. And when I got the low the high bridge rotation became possible, I think learning the hand placement, I was previously trying to get the hands too far under and lost balance

@@agrifforama thanks Aa. I worked bridge push-ups for years which must have help immensely. I'm lucky I worked pistol squats for years too keeping decent knee strength for the low knees extension. Putting the low bridge into a flow is another story...😅
