Hey Carlos I’m salivating on my way back from the shop iv stopped for a beer and a smoke but I got all my ingredients in front of me and I’m ready thank you sir
Just tried some burgers in air fryer and omg they were juicy and so good...I like them better than the stove...I can never get them right on the stove but they would still be edible. Nice job! I'm sure they were good.
Thank you. Just got my emeril air fryer and was considering sending back because it sseemsto be a fire hazard. It says not to use foil and i figured it would get pretty messy without it. Thanks for showing us how to use the foil and the burgers look great.
It's best to thaw over night any meats in the refrigerator before you cook in an air fryer & a good burger should be cooked between med rare & medium done bc it will continue cooking while it's resting until it's cooled some.
I just made a steak in my air fryer. I am kind of very surprised how good it is I did the same as you with the Steak, I like my Med Rare. but mine were not frozen so cooking them for 7 mins was a little to well done for me.. But it was really good
Hmm I'll have to figure a way to keep all the fat from dripping off so I can drizzle on the burger after it's done. Going to rig up something today. Good video. And don't be scared of the animal fats ;)
TRUFF is kinda overrated but it’s still really good. They don’t use synthetic truff or TRUFF oil it’s real truffles. The regular black bottle has a nice tang to it if you like hot stuff and the red is maybe a couple steps hotter but it’s far from Cholula or tapatio hot sauces when it comes to their heat
Do you place your drip tray above or below the heating elements? How about covering it with aluminum foil for easy cleanup afterward?
Never set it on top. it goes below the heating elements
Mine goes below the heating element
See if you don't have to work for it. It's not good. Easy clean up is not good.
You showed the best way to air fry burgers and best of all you were very patient and detailed in your presentation.
So good and delicious, thanks fir sharing, I just purchased a air-frier and my burgers also came out delicious!!

Nothing like an ice cold beer and some air fryer burgers in the fall/winter when you can't break out the grill!
Oh man! Going to go have that tomorrow for sure!... Thanks!👍
Little pink in the center is good

Oh! I always put my tray under the elements. No wonder it smokes so much..game changer!
Yes! I almost made the same mistake so I figured I’d mention it for others. Glad you picked up on it!
Me too
Same!
Makes since now to put the drip tray above the heating elements.. I was wondering about that!!! You rock Carlos!
Except my model has it blocked to where the drip tray has to go under the elements.. oh well lol
This video is wrong, you do not block the heating elements, the drip tray goes under the element

Was it really good with a sear or just was over cooked for what you wanted?
Who wanted him to close the refrigerator?
I’m not even gonna lie... I wanted to go back and crop or edit that out 😂😂
🙈 lol
Didn't realize Bubbas were angus. They are really good. Will try in air fry. Ty
Yup! And not terrible for frozen if you prefer hand packed fresh ground beef too!
Thanks I'll try those Bubba Burgers in my air fryer

I feel like you're an engineer.

On a scale of 1 to 10 how hot is that Truff hot sauce?

I think your dog wants some burgers.
He wants anything I’m cooking 😂
Good ol frozen burgers with truff sauce. No flavor of good beef after that.
So what’s the total time of the burgers???
Depends on how you like yours cooked. Medium-Medium Well? 14 minutes. Well done? about 20. Check out the video again for step by step! Thanks!
I'm allergic to gluten-free.
Why leave the basket in
If your on the Keto diet don't avoid fat or your doing it wrong.
why not take that basket out?
oh there you go
Frozen processed burgers? Just no.
Imagine how great fresh packed ground beef would be if these came out amazing!?
your oven are dirty...clean it before the demo
