Hey Trey, If you ever have any issues or something doesn't seem right with the machine please give us a call. Like Midstate pointed out the most likely cause is the choke not being adjusted properly. Its a super easy fix to get it right but the Honda can be quite hard to start if the choke isn't fully engaging. Again, if you have any issues give us a call and we'll get a service tech on the phone with you right away to help you solve the issue
I'm here for the same reason. I have fairly compact clay soil which was spread around after a pool install. Looking to level things out so sod has better soil contact. How did you make out with it? Did you use it? Worthwhile?

I am re-sodding my lawn. I saw that I can rent this product near me. Would you recommend this for soil preparation for re-sod?
Absolutely. This machine will create a perfect seed bed for any kind of new planting.
