I feel your pain, I made 22 Kayle decks so far and I can only call at best 4 of them playable ):

When you were coming up with the different regions, one I thought of in piltover and zaun is Viktor with glorious evolution, the cost for everything gets bumped by one, and having augment ok a Kayle sounds genuinely terrifying, since no matter what your opponent did she is going to ramp, and get even stronger
Now that I think of it I should probably try that deck idea gimme a bit and I'll let you know of the results on discord

Loved the video Kai! Honestly playing atleast 5 games with all the regions (that matter) is very nice commitment from you to your girl. Personally my favorite Kayle deck is actually kinda odd, its Kayle with Kindred undying, undying buffs itself and is easy to kill with kindred decks, you have some protection if you have a spirits journey in hand due to killing your own unit and respawning them making them not effected by targeted spells. Its not amazing but Ive gotten a surprising amount of success with it.
Thank you very much! Love your deck idea, I hadn't considered playing Kindred like the SI version of Braum in Freljord, but the goblin in my brain that loves off meta stuff is dying to try it.
