Now this is REAL cooking. The distracions, the camera overheating, the slow death of the screen as time progresess, the cat with her zoomies, the ever so confusion of a husband that bought the wrong ingredient and the birth of the mysterious Suzanne. Bravo!!!! 🤌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Just found you two on U tube and I have been watching non stop. Love your videos and travels. My Mom is Sicilian and my Dad is from Naples. Love you two and will continue watching you.❤
If you have freezer space or use an ice cube tray to freeze the spinach water. Great to add to vegetable soup or a smoothie(if you boil without saute with olive oil). Growing up we had a fabulous garden, grew everything(not celery though😢), even eggplant! But to grow fresh spinach is wonderful. Swiss chard, we ate beet greens. Lucky! You two know from what you grow there yourselves. It is so much better than the store. Would you ever write a cookbook? 😊❤
I am 81% Sicilian and 9% northern Italy and watching these cooking shows help me learn about how to properly make dishes I have never heard of, but will be making. Love the 'lives' and your lovely black cat, I have one, too Clarice.
Hey guys. Another reason the spinach balls didn't bind, besides the coarse breadcrumbs, was probably because you put the egg when the spinach was still too hot so the egg might have cooked a little. So the spinach mix didn't stick together as well.😊😊
If you need fine breadcrumbs put the coarse breadcrumbs thru the blender or a food processor. Blend until fine, pulse or blend on high, it takes seconds.
this was super fun and a great inspiration! you guys are so great! I think I will try it but maybe saute the spinach with a bunch of garlic and some nice olive oil, then remove the spinach and cook down the juices, maybe with a dash of balsamic until they start to thicken and carmelize. I might also chop the spinach much finer? then same same as you did, but i do think you could bake them a bit longer so the mozzarella in the middle gets just billowy and loose. either way, it seems like a beautiful delicious dish and i'd eat those fallen balls on toast or with pasta any day of the week and call it a victory. thanks you guys!
Love your cat y'all. Just an FYI you could feed Micia foods that are bland such as steamed salmon, chicken or anything from the Global Pet brand and keep your sweet kitty far away from food that contains garlic and onions.
Yes, before peeling! That comes from growing say the carrots, harvesting them from the ground, clean before, but the store produce do not know how handled, so I still clean! 😊❤
Happy to see a cooking video! Conversation at the end was funny. I have some tips: A lot of RUclips cooks who have a stove that faces the back wall, use 1 or 2 electric burners on the counter in front of camera so we don’t have to see you walk away as much & people like watching food cook in pan. At the beginning, announce what you’re making, then quickly grab all your ingredients, place them on the counter then quickly explain ingredients, instead of one ingredient at a time. I like to look at all the food & spices out on the counter, gets me excited for the Cooking session. Close up of food at the end. You did a great job with this cooking video, it’s a different style than what you normally do, so you’ll fine tune things as you make more cooking videos. 👍
I love this video. You guys are so much fun. I made your turkey meatballs with the shredded zucchini in it and they were the bomb. Soo good. I hope you make lots more of these. I'm already planning on making the spinach meatballs and I'm scoping out who has fine breadcrumbs, LOL
Alessio's catchphrase should be either 'Pronto' or 'Mangiamo'. My parents were both from the Veneto and Alessio's Italian is so familiar. Brings back early childhood memories. Love your videos. Keep them coming.
Add me to the many saying more cooking videos please! Especially for those of us who hate to cook and live vicariously through watching other people who are very good at it do the cooking. 😁❤️🇨🇦
Ciao ragazzi, As per Google, here's what vegetarians can use as an egg substitute to Alessio's meatball dish: Three tablespoons of aquafaba is equivalent to about one whole egg, while two tablespoons of aquafaba is equivalent to about one egg white. Keep in mind that a can of chickpeas yields about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of this liquid, so about eight to 12 tablespoons. Hope this helps everyone, including Alessio and Jessi. Ciao y'all ;-)
I'm totally onboard with making the "messy" lasagna and the pizza. It would be a great idea to do a crust video on Wed or Thurs and then follow it up with "Date Night Pizza" that could be made by couples on Fri or Sat. You would have to post an ingredient list ahead of time though (you know, the type(s) of flour you use, the sauce, the toppings,) so we could make it with you. That would be fun!
You can take the coarse breadcrumbs and pulse them in your food processor, mini chopper, whatever you have. And you’ll have fine breadcrumbs in seconds. No problem!
Just heard you say to put them in a blender ... do not “blend” them. Pulse. Pulse. Pulse is the method. And a food processor or mini chopper is the better tool for the job but a blender would be fine if you ... pulse, pulse, pulse.
I’m 66 and I have never washed a carrot in my life! It’s getting cooked. The bacteria will be dead. And you’ll eat more dirt than from a peeled carrot before you’re dead! Lol
I’m so glad this was live because otherwise I fear this amazing footage would be lost forever. Such fun hanging out and giggling with you both. Blessings! 💕🙏🏼💕🙏🏼
Lol was watching this video on a television and I knew right away those were gluten-free breadcrumbs. I have celiac disease so need to use gluten-free and it even said it on the container. How did 😂you miss that?

Loooooove this live! Showing real cooking, it happens to the best of the best. It still looks delicious 😋 and will make this recipe real soon
Please make a cook book! Ive loved all your Italian home cooking recipes. They are simple, not super fancy or fussy but so yummy.
Just watched this again. You’re so fun!! I scrub carrots first to keep on most of peel, then cut, then cook just the way Alessio says.
One of the best lives that I have ever seen 😂, I love you guy's. Alessio.... I love you 🥰. SUZANNE!!!!!!

Oh my gosh. I love this so much 😂
I didn't watche the first two lives but this one I like a lot ❤ it's fuuny) need more of this
Hot Italian in the kitchen. Makes me think of my late husband, Mike Pirrone...
Love this!!! Yes please do more.
Both your names have "essi" in them...that would make a GREAT baby's name!!❤
I love when he says "tac" Lol my Nonna used to say it too❤
Always clean the carrots prior to peeling! 🥕🥕🥕
I never wash the carrots before or after peeling. And I’ve lived now 78 years.

Please make a video, which olive oil to use for what type of food or raw to deep bread into. Pls and thank you! I ❤❤❤ your content.
I agree with you Jessi! I clean the carrots before peeling.
Love your cat y'all. Just an FYI you could feed Micia foods that are bland such as steamed salmon, chicken or anything from the Global Pet brand and keep your sweet kitty far away from food that contains garlic and onions.
That spinach water is good for us to drink. Aperitif!

My name is Suzan! and I keep cracking up every time 😂 I hear you. Love your videos. You two are my favorite youtube couple.
Definitely more cooking lives. I wish I got alerts. Maybe a pre notification with time. It's great to learn Italian cooking from a pro
Alessio's catchphrase should be either 'Pronto' or 'Mangiamo'. My parents were both from the Veneto and Alessio's Italian is so familiar. Brings back early childhood memories. Love your videos. Keep them coming.
Mamma mia, molto divertente! Sto redendo e altri video come questo. Bravo Allesio!
This made me laugh so much… I loved it!!
This was great!! Entertainment level 💯Suzanne!! 😂
Going on a tour around the entire boot in April. Cannot wait.
Clean before the peeling if fresh from the garden, but in Australia their already cleaned and washed when you buy them at the supermarket.
Suzanne! Hysterical!! Use it. And this video format is great.
Use a second electric coffee grinder, which is reserved for everything but coffee beans, to grind the coarse breadcrumbs super fine. Problem solved.
I love the color of your kitchen cabinets.
Thank you! 😊
For salad I clean before peeling and with scentless dish soap. When I cook the carot then it doesn't really matter unless its visible dirt.
This is awesome
You guys are so fun...love this!! 😆🧑🍳🥕🎥
Thank you 🤣 was a disaster haha
Carrots in England are so sweet you never peel them… only clean!
Can you add the recipes for each of these in the descriptions as well so we can screenshot them?
I wash before and do not peel 🫣 just cut off any dark spots
I made your tirimisu!!!!!!! It was perfect! Thank you!!!!!❤
I'm so glad!
To cool the spinach down quickly, you could put the metal bowl of the freshly spinach in an ice bath.
Should the spinach be drained, or dried a bit after the cooking process and before mixing with the other ingredients? I dunno. ☺️🤷♀️
What a HOOT!!! LOVED this video!!! 😂🥰❤️❤️❤️
I was surprised Alessio didn't drain the spinach. I always drain it in a colander or squeeze it dry.
Love you guys! You both 😂 cracke me up!
Add me to the many saying more cooking videos please! Especially for those of us who hate to cook and live vicariously through watching other people who are very good at it do the cooking. 😁❤️🇨🇦

I enjoy these! I play them while I cook, it's nice company.😊
I love you two!
And yes! Your mom's creamy lasagna cooking show!
My favorite RUclips channel!!!❤
i love real i love you two !!
Alessio’s catch phrase should be Ma dai!!! He says it a lot lol
wait where is episode 1 & 2? We’re they only live? This was hysterical! i love you guys!
episode 1 and 2 are only in Facebook! you need to go in our page the pasini's and you need to click more.. and you find live
Difference between extra virgin, virgin and regular olive oil?
It still sounds good! Funny it's not perfect. Love "Suzanne". My name is Susan so it's close.
Clean before, but do not peel.
Before but never peal, just scrub ad the the outer skin has many nutrients.
This was a fun video! I am going to try making the spinach balls!
I could not stop laughing! 😂😅

So fun! Next time you make them insert a photo of what they are supposed to look like.
Please tell us the brand of your weighing scale.
50 grams
Before for sure! City people clean after.... go figure!!! Keep the peels for stock.
More cooking videos, please!
Just clean, no peeling 😊
Hi Alessio and Jessie! Do Italians use nutmeg? A dash of nutmeg could give a nice "Je Ne c'est quoi" to the spinach balls! What do you think? :)
Take a rolling pin to the chunky bread crumbs. I'm old school & make my own bread crumbs
I would love to see a video style podcast like people like Think Media does....... I watch almost all my podcasts on You Tube.
Can you list your favorite olive oils below so we can reference them.
entimio.com/products/entimio-italiano-delicate-organic-extra-virgin-olive-oil-2022-harvest-italy-500-ml this is one then I like intenso
This website is no longer available. Any suggestions? New link perhaps....
Love it funny you guys our great
Keep the 'yucky water' and freeze it. Add it to homemade soup.
My Nunna said that "we eat a bushel of dirt in your lifetime".
Yes, more cooking videos!
You made me nervous watching you chop the spinach. Please tuck your fingertips under. 😱😱🤣🤣
I wash if I’m going to eat raw without peeling, if I peel I don’t wash it first!
Clean after peeling but before slicing
Put the crumbs in the food processor to get them the right consistency for next time. And drain the spinach.
Are you going to visit Puglia Area? We are moving there in December.
yeees next year
Alessio's catchphrase could be "Buonissimo ragazzi"
Im married 17 yrs and my husband still puts the dishes in the wrong drawers. Haha
I wash my carrots before and after peeling. 😅
I’m 66 and I have never washed a carrot in my life! It’s getting cooked. The bacteria will be dead. And you’ll eat more dirt than from a peeled carrot before you’re dead! Lol
Im 65 and unless we grew the carrot and it’s covered in mud from the garden-I peel and eat-even raw. Survived so far. Lol😂
Clean before peeling 💯 for me
How many times in this video did they say the word "Amore"??? I have a hyperglycemia crisis.😰
His signature word is Amore! 💕
I’m so glad this was live because otherwise I fear this amazing footage would be lost forever. Such fun hanging out and giggling with you both. Blessings! 💕🙏🏼💕🙏🏼
Clean carrots after. Gen X and I'm still alive. Hi Micia! Love the Witcher. Put the camera in the fridge before filming, lol!
You needs shirts with Alessio and his hands with Amore under him lol
Never clean carrots, leave the peel as well, maybe use brush to get off dirt
Clean before because the skin is whats dirty. The inside is clean.
Try honey glazed carrots roasted so good!!!
Lol was watching this video on a television and I knew right away those were gluten-free breadcrumbs. I have celiac disease so need to use gluten-free and it even said it on the container. How did 😂you miss that?
How come Alessio doesn't wear a wedding ring?
As you peel it, it becomes cleaned and rinse off after for any bacteria left behind.
I don't peel only scrub them
