I had an experience last winter during an intense time with extended family. Over a 7 day period, I saw groups of 7 Canadian geese, 3 different places. That helped me through a very difficult time.

Ive been on this journey since 2020 and can say that i am still evolving. I finally know what's going on 😅 at first i was being medicated and also self medicating at times.
Which i learned a lesson: forcing this scenario can be super dangerous.
I was trying to relieve cptsd symptoms through psychedelic medication and also disassociative meds. And yes it did work but almost cost me my life.
I got the answers i was looking for and a message to spread to all: you dont need drugs to achieve a spiritual awakening!!!
If you're feeling desperate and like you need medical help, dont hesitate to seek it. You may or may not always need it but protecting yourself should always be number one.
I was going to share my whole story here. But after typing it out for over twenty minutes, my keyboard started glitching. And i realized im not meant to share the whole thing here.
So thanks for sharing and thanks for allowing a place for community where we can help each other and share what needs to be shared. ❤

I am just realising most of what you have said. I am on an antidepressant called mirtazipene to help me sleep and surpress my anxiety. I feel like a zombie all day..no anxiety but pretty much no feeling at all.
