if you dont have a project make it clear to the interviewer, that you are a fresher.
Yes if you have not worked on any project tell him that you have learnt that particular skills set and create any project using that technology using Internet that you can showcase to Interviewer in you Interview.

Then Later in the interview should I mention DSA in Resume skill's section.
