- Hi there guys,
Firstly, please let me apologise for the upload quality...recently, I have been uploading in 4K but for some reason this video wouldn't set to any higher than 720p....which is hugely annoying!!...anyway..apologies...the next video will be back in glorious full HD as a minimum!!
So this is the SRPE29 & SRPE31...which are Prospex models & I like to call them 'Analog Arnies"....they are a manageable 43mm sized watch with the 4r36 movement inside. The case has an anodised finish with Seiko's famous "Tuna Can Shroud & comes on a silicone strap that matches the dial colour.
The watches are water-resistant to 200m & have a hardlex crystal along with lumibrite coated hands & markers.
Thanks to Starbuy for loaning us this watch...if you are interested then please visit them here:

6 months ago I brought a Rolex datejust which I absolutely love. Today I just held a grey one of these in a jewellers and instantly had to own it! Wow I knew they where good but never knew they where that good!
Seiko has really been stepping up their game. Dang nice watches
Thanks for this. I tried one on yesterday. Very comfortable. Great size. For me, I particularly like the matt finish. The watch doesn’t blind me with glare when trying to read the time. And they don’t look so much like a traditional watch, something that appeals to me. Really like the texture on the silicone strap! They are lint magnets, but very comfortable. I found that the substantial strap helped spread the weight of the watch case (even though these models are light) more evenly when on wrist. I think I will get the blue/grey one. It is a battleship colour.😄 Thanks for the review!
Pleasure mate, wear it in the best of health!
Thank you for the review. I just ordered mine- and cannot wait to wear it!
Great review, very informative, everything I needed to know before pulling the trigger--damn you for pushing me right over the edge, now I think I need both of them!
it's a tough decision, agree 😅
Nice. I wonder how similar these are monement wise to the Seiko Prospex land I just preordered the other week. SRPD31K. Got it for way less than these are listing for yikes. Is seiko trying to become a luxury brand instead of a tool brand? I think thtas a mistake. Only watch geeks tend to be proud of their Seikos.
thats a pretty cool watch
Have the solar one. Would have loved to buy the analog one but the nearly a minute of accuracy fluctuation per day is simply too noticeable especially when I put my Swiss pieces next to it.
So those watches are also certified dive watches ? I like the khaki colored one.
Great review - would have been much better if you showed the Lume on both
Thank you
Yone worn this for a while now? How does the black coating hold up? Worried about it scrqtching and considering a stainless steel model, but prefer this beige urban in looks.
Why no wrist shot?
dear seiko. Love these, BUT lose the pip. how about we just have the triangle or, something new at the 12?
I always worry that the pip will fall out
I'm in when a black versions is out
Instead of "Analog Arnie" I prefer "Affordable Tuna".
My Arnie is a good enough substitute for my Tuna 300m.
Those "Homage Tuna" don't cut it for me.
Might as well get a real Seiko product.
Hi can you use them in sea water pls
Why not?
@@kostrab56 because of the salt it will wear out the coating
Lol these are dice watches
@@MarkJohnson-un6ug you rinse gear in freshwater after a dive…
This are for women’s not for men guys, Just I got one and is too small
Weird color way
