- I'm redoing this 100% walkthrough because the old one took too long and wasn't very organized. I think you'll like this new and improved version. It's about half as short, and each video covers an entire section/level of the game (except for the first two levels and Bikini Bottom).
As in The Movie walkthrough, there are a few levels which will have to be visited twice in order to collect everything. They are the first two levels.
By the way, I'll collect everything BEFORE the final boss fight this time (including a ticket to the movie theater).
This walkthrough isn't perfect, so expect a few mistakes. However, I make fewer mistakes this time.
In case it isn't obvious from the video, I am playing the GameCube version.
One final note: I won't be using auto-save very often, so ignore the save file errors on the screen. I learn later in the walkthrough that pausing the game makes them instantly disappear.

Holla 1212 The other one, the one based on the first movie. I never got to play this one, so I wouldn't know about how hard the bosses are in it.

While this does have its flaws, it is as close to a perfect platforming game as you can get, I can wholeheartedly say. I wonder if they can remember this game and go over the top with the next game.
You know, older video games and perhaps older things in general just feel better, you know? Like graphics that aren't that advanced but still look nice, more subtly, pauses just long enough between things happening for better build up or in other words better pacing, ect.

chimanruler15 One of the best examples of this is with Spongebob's show itself, the first three seasons and the first movie being great and far better than everything that came after. And it only got worse and worse until it became glaringly obvious how much the quality declined.

This game, the spongebob movie game, lights camera pants and creature from the krusty krab, my entire childhood. I used to spend hours on these games playing them on my GameCube.

know what this do they should make a remastered. As well as the one from the 1st movie because the one for the 2nd movie sucked the hell because it wasn't you in about the movie. For Stephen Hillenburg and for the fans to love it back then. Because these were the most popular SpongeBob games

To say that Plankton is an evil genius is only half accurate. I like how the entire premise of this game is based on the fact that Plankton built a machine that had a "Don't Obey" option to begin with...this is gold.
Also, how does Spongebob know what a horse is? Wouldn't it be more appropriate as a seahorse?

This game strongly reminds me of Super Mario 64 since you collect Stars but the Stars in this game are Golden Spatulas and both games have lots of exciting tasks.

God thank you for keeping the opening companies in the video. God, I still remember back in the good old days when I saw that yellow text followed by the "LOADING..." just crossing my fingers that it would load. (Sometimes it would crash, sometimes not.)
But when it did, god, I just couldn't wait to get into the action. And that THQ opening was so epic. IT scared and thrilled me when it started! I didn't like this game because it raised me more than my own parents, I LOVED it, because this was more valuable than any diamond you could find in the rough. You can really feel the very passion in this game. Playing this didn't feel like any ordinary game, there was just something, so... incredible, so fun, so engaging about the whole thing.... I can't put my finger on it... because there might be more than 10 things to list what was so right about this game.

This is an example of THQ's perfect level design; AI, dialogue, and open-worldness? pffft, leave that to Bethesda! We all know THQ is the God of video game level design, just look at darksiders, mx vs atv, and even these spongebob games they helped make
