Kaleidoscope Granny Blanket CAL Part 5

- Hello all and welcome to Wow! Crochet. In today's tutorial we are working on our Crochet along - The Kaleidoscope Blanket Part 5. A special thanks to Fibrespider for allowing us to recreate his version of the blanket.
In this part of the tutorial we will be working on the third set of peaks for the blanket to form the second Kaleidoscope square.
Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be in the kaleidoscope playlist below.
Final measurements (2 sizes)
Small - 84cm square or 33 inches.
Large - 112cm square or 44inches
800 grams yarn used in total. 200 grams per skein. When making the larger size, alllow 210 grams for both white and grey.

Best video tutorial... i love how u show the stitches up-close and show the actual counting of the specific stitches!!! You are not rushing thru the tutorial either which is fabulous! It would be good if you could say how many rows of each colour, as I'm following your pattern as a guide and it's very hard for me to see on my iPhone. My internet isn't the best have keep going back. Thanks Mary
Just made this blanket and I absolutely love it. I'm now going to find 5 different colours and make another one. So pleased I found this tutorial, I have even passed it on to my friend so she can make one too x

Hi, WHy have you started/attached a new colour on the wrong side of the work when you have been attaching new colours on the right side of the work every time (in previous parts) and I think you even mentioned it: Always start a new colour on the right side. Please reply as I am now confused. Thanks in advance.

Does it matter how many rows I do of one colour on the triangle section? As long as it gets filled in. Or does it have to be the same as what you do?
Of course not. You can use your own colours 😉
