It's only me that don't understand how to program the timing for watering?
Why there is a first timing with just 59 seconds and a second one with hours?
I just want to water my plants twice a day for 3 minutes...

Got everything set up but I’m not getting any pump action. Tried manual, nothing. Tried setting start 5 min from clock and nothing still.

I like this system saves me alot if time watering. It did malfunction once but I used the old IT trick of switching off and then switching it back on again . Do this on a sunny day and unscrew the sensors do another task then come back and connect again .

What does "next watering" mean? Mine says "19 hour". I have it set for 55 seconds, every 4 hours, starting at 6am, interval 1day & my clock is set.

I think I figured it out. To water every 4h: set the day to "0". (Otherwise it will be every 1 day, once a day/ 1x per day). After I did that, turned the knob to "on" and pressed start, it watered. I had set it to first water in a minute from the clock. Anyhoo, after that, the next water said 3h, not 20h to tomorrow's next water.

I did the config, including the next watering time. Still, asa switch it on, it starts pumping and irrigating, depsite the set starting time. Is that a mal function or did I configure something the wrong way?!

You probably have it set to 'Manual' mode. Try pressing the down arrow for two seconds, to switch between manual and auto mode, as mentioned in the video.

You have to press for some seconds the button "manual" to skip fron manual use to auto use mode

Does anybody have any troubleshooting suggestions? I set this up according to the "instructions." Mine is not working. It just beeps. The 2 indicators on my screen are "auto" and "water sensor." The sound turns on, acting like it's going to work, but then beeps.
There is no clear-cut way to contact customer service. I don't even know if they exist.

Yesterday I plugged everything,from the box,than the plants,than the bucket full of water,I turned it on and … nothing happened,just a little noise coming from the box,with the play/pause indicator flashing!! I really thing that it’s a bad brand and I’m going to send it back to Amazon and get something else!! I think you should forget about the customer service and send it back where you bought it!!

Como tengo que programarlo para que haga 2 riegos en el mismo día?
Primer riego a las 8 am y segundo riego a las 8 pm?
No consigo acertar,solamente realiza el primer riego a las 8 am,pero colocando intervalos de 12 horas no entra en funcionamiento a la tarde

Hola! Tras varios intentos y muchos fracasos ya lo tengo. Para empezar la bomba solo se puede programar para regar como mucho 2 veces al día. Por ejemplo a las 7:30 y después es la segunda vez dependiendo del intervalo que uno desea. En mi caso le puse 12 horas y 00 días. Si uno desea que salte 1 día o más pues lo marca. Donde está el fallo por lo menos en mi aparato. Cuando únicamente solo giraba el botón para seleccionar el intervalo y luego le dejaba en posición ON el programa no se ejecutaba correctamente. Sólo regaba una vez al día. Para que se ejecutara el programa con éxito tenía que programar desde el principio. Programar la hora del primer riego, después la duración del riego, marcar el intervalo deseado y al final dejar en posición ON. Entonces ya me marcaba que el siguiente riego se efectuaba después de 12 horas

This is a complete waste of time, it shows nothing to help. Mine is stuck on pause and it will not turn off (which is skipped in the vid)

Did you tried long press the play and pause button again to exit the pause mode!?

Yes I did and managed to get it off paused and it still has done nothing.. I ha
ve tried alsorts and it still won't work.

@@lala77uk damn I just started to install the system and I have the pause flashing on the screen ,I tried long press on play/pause and it still the same,yours was flashing too?

@@oliviercastelli6396 not sure how I fid it but it took me 3 days after set up to get it off pause and it never did anything.. it only ever pumped water the 1st time I turned it on.
