Yes I do I am myself doing a shorts challenge and I am facing the same issue so there is only 1 solution if any of your video gets stuck at 0 views or 10-15 views then don't post any video for 2 days and in those 2 days just normally use your channel to watch video.

I feel you buddy but don't invest in every app just invest in 1 app and don't go for long videos until you have more than 50k subs and your every short gets 100k+ views and if your shorts stuck on 400-500 views try Videotok because they also have google images and videos option which can be realistic, pick a new niche and start a new channel and if your shorts stuck on 0 views then don't upload any short for 2 days and in this period watch only videos from your channel related to your niche and if your shorts stuck on 400-500 views work on your script I prefer you should try Videotok for 1 month and see the results.
Buddy no channel can get monetized in 2 months you will have to do work but if you are lucky your 1st video go viral you will get monetized not in 2 months instead in weeks or within 1 month but if it isn't luck you will need to be very very consistent, your video quality and editing should be top notch your video topic should be best the within 2 months chances are that you will get monetized but chances are less I won't give you false hope's but there is no guarantee that you will get monetized in 2 months to all those guru's that say that you can get monetized in a month just do cat talk nothing else, so just work work and work
No I don't take permission it's allowed by RUclips because 1st they get benefit when I tell people about their channel 2nd I provide commentary which is allowed so I don't need to take permission from anyone, and don't worry about competition because if 100 people watch my video only 10-20 people actually do the work and out of 10-20 only 1 person stays consistent and strong for a long time without looking at the results and yeah that 1 person then becomes an example for millions of others.
