i've had several friends completely quit smoking because of panic attacks....I've taken a few 5-6 month breaks in the past because of them as well. It's no joke. Know your limits and you should be fine tho, just know that if you start feeling funny and short of breath that you aren't dying lol
absolutely do not drink if you get too high, please noone do this LOL. its not gonna "even you out" its gonna make everything more intense. drinking while high is fun asf but it is absolutely not for beginners or people who are too high. and never drink first always smoke first or youll be on your ass/not feel good
