The blur up the corner is because this was originally on my hypnotherapy channel but I now run everything through this channel as I work with helping people overcome their fear of driving.

As the popularity of this video increases I feel the need to explain more about it.
I originally made this video in 2020 when I was about to have my tonsils removed. I had to isolate for 2 weeks before and after the operation due to lockdown restrictions at the time which meant I was getting bored.
Seeing as I'd trained as a hypnotherapist in 2019, I thought this was a good chance to make a video for myself which would give me something to do, help me practice my new skills and perhaps helps me after the surgery.
RUclips sometimes randomly picks a video I uploaded months ago and starts showing it to everyone. I understand how it monitors videos and watches their performance but this video started getting popular over a year after it was released. As a wider audience watches, the original meaning and message get lost for a broader group of people with different reasons for finding it.
This video contains no magic or special power. It isn't going to raise the dead or make crippled people walk. It is just a simple story that takes your mind off things for a while and gives you a different way of thinking about your problem. Please take it for what it is - a free video that was never meant to heal the world.
My speciality is driving anxiety and I don't work with pain control. If this video helps you then great but this was a one-off that was never meant to get this popular.
This video is NOTHING like a session with me would be. Real therapy sessions are interactive and involve the client talking more than the therapist. Real hypnotherapy isn't about relaxing and listening to stories like this.
I leave it up for those of you that like it but please don't expect it to be a miracle cure.
Not my usual kind of video but I made this a year ago and have moved it to this channel. After going through surgery today (again!) I thought it appropriate to re-release this.

Loved this story. Starring me ! Ive had no operation but I do need to do some healing in the body and in my inner world and this journey during this session allowed me to visualize the healing. The healed me. The process and the pleasure I will feel in the healing process. I saw me feeling better,making better use of my time. That time use to be spent smoking but that destruction has run its course and Ive stopped it. I see me stronger healthier. I'll return to this video and the cave. Thank you & Goodnight !
