Had a Fire Arrow. What a little hotrod for the time. Served my family well.

Cool video. Any news on the Plymouth Arrow? I’d love to see what you guys ended up doing with your car.

Would love too see the Lada video. Any information on the Ford Pinto wagon that was next to the arrow?

My first car a 1978 Plymouth Arrow. It would be fun to restore one of those. I would upgrade the paint and wheels of course.

Yeah, it was was Dodge Colt and Plymouth Arrow initially, in the states. Saw a really cherry Colt hot rod in Virginia last month. 1970's versions are getting extremely rare.

Why would you save that car? I could see if it ran but to be ripped apart like it is. You must be getting it for dirt cheap lol

This car is under going a restoration by another enthusiast of the model, they were quite keen to get one as they are exceedingly rare in any condition. All the cars on this property were being cleaned up as an estate sale. This one did come cheap, but it also had a very short time of recovery, 72 hours after purchase full stop, we had to work fast. The remaining cars not picked up/sold were literally crushed for scrap. While the car cost was cheap, the trailer, fuel, and work to load were additional factors. It turns out it was a good save, the current owner was very happy to get it as a project. Thanks for watching and commenting - Darren

my understanding is that a dodge small block can be made to fit! but a Ford small block would fit nicer!

      J. Dana Clark We looked into that, and its very easy to do, the next weak point is the diffs do not survive. There are options there too but we are not sure what kind of duration this project will have yet for the time we have it. We would never do a Ford engine in there as we believe engine swaps should be limited within the same marque to preserve the car's charactor. - Darren
