This is awesome, so many videos of "09-18 ram 1500 radiator replacements" and they pop the hood and things look different than my 09. This video is perfect for me.
I'm doing the same thing to my truck right now, getting it apart was not easy and getting it back in the same place with the same bolts is harder than taking it out. I think the factory assembles the radiator and condenser before they put it in the truck and before they add freon. It's also a pain to change the waterpump. I think that they intentionaly design new vehicles so that you want to trade them in before you would work on them. As an exampe I had to remove my wifes dash in her Toyota Avalon to change a $30 heater core. I'm a fairly good mechanic however without help that took 3 days to fix. Dodge vehicles have good engineering as long as they don't break down. Engineering is coming from Stellantis which I believe has German backing, they own a lot of diffrent car brands Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, Ferrari, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati It would appear that their engineers have their fingers in a lot of diffrent issues.
