Same. Seller sent two different items to two different states than I live in. The only thing that held up the refund was having to wait until the 30 day EMS shipping window expired. After that I got my money back the next day.
amazon doesnt sell their own stock either, more than 60% of the products on amazon are through third parties sellers, whats differentof dhgate and amazon is that the seller are in china and not in the us
Thanks to coronavirus everything takes longer to get through Chinese customs, so expect 1 to 2 month waits. Also always pay attention to the smaller print where sellers state how many days before they ship something out. It could take up to 3 months before a seller even ships something out. They deliver exactly what you ordered 95%+ of the time. You just need to get used to everything being so slow.
There is also something your bank can do a chargeback so before making a purchase from someone you're not comfortable with check with your bank for insurance possibilities and charge back through your bank

Nike has its manufacturing contract(s) in China and Vietnam, it is very easy for the original contract factory to sell their schematics to other factories as well, that is how you are able to purchase legit Air Jordans aka UA's under the radar. You have to remember that the Asian community is very close knit and share info with each other.
Unlikely, Nike runs their own factories over there with their own security, even if their intellectual property was to be leaked left to their own decisions cheaper quality materials and far less quality control still means that by buying fakes you're generally getting rubbish, very few fakes use the best standards and QC. If you pull the trigger it's a lottery as to what you will get, some people get two left feet! Some people get a different shade material for each shoe, some get bad stitching, some have the sole fall off within a week. As I always say, if you buy fakes understanding the situation and are prepared for what you get then that's fine, just don't expect Nike just because they have a swoosh.

I refused as the return shipping was expensive and thd sellers should not have sent me damaged goods. Thank God I purchased with credit card that has purchase protection. I called credit card , provided pictures and they refunded my money to credit card. Will never buy from dhgate again

I ordered 3 items, never got them, DHgate is doing well in mediating with the sellers and so far I have received 1 refund out of 3, still waiting on the other 2. The live chat is very effective as those people do a great job on making sure your dispute is followed through and they communicate in a timely manner. The sellers on the other hand are terrible, very poor at communication, my orders were sent to different locations if they even actually even sent anything.

Hey honestly thank you so much for this video. Unfortunately, I've encountered an issue. I ordered 6 bags from one seller, checked he had like over 90% rating etc and spoke to him prior placing an order. My package was delivered this morning and the bags are NOTHING like what the seller described to me, and nothing like what the sellers written description and photos are. The size, the style of the chain, and the inside of the bag including material are completely different. I'm just getting a little confused with DH GATE website as I'm unsure of exactly when I have to open a dispute or opt for the 'return refund' section on my order, as it details that they encourage to talk to the seller first. But there's nothing to discuss because I have proof of the items not being as described. I already notified the seller about it but do i have to wait for their response first before opening a dispute or do i just go right ahead? I am wanting a full refund and also wanting the seller to reimburse my shipping fee because obviously it's not just a personal decision it is completely their fault so i have no choice other than to return the items. Always open a dispute and not return the item. If you opt to return the shipping from the US is at least $35 and there tracking stops once it's in China so you have no way you confirm the seller received it. So you can't get the return shipping return without proof. So now you could be out the cost of the item and extra shipping. You can open a dispute whenever even before you receive the item if the tracking doesn't work.

Aliexpress and DHgate are essentially the same structure and both have far eastern sellers so the experience will be very similar I would say, I don't have enough experience to say if one is better than the other in terms of customer service.
I got 2 jerseys by now and my brother got a fake yeezies (to Israel) and we are completly satisfied. The quality was nice and shipping was pretty quick since the post office here is extremely slow and works only 5 days a week so since an item landed it might take 3 WEEKS until it arrives at your door. I think dhgate is a really good place to get cheap clothing that looks super real and mod projects (guitars etc.) Will keep using it 100%

Another problem with Dhgate is that watch sellers do not give information on the watch model number so people can buy an extra movement. for when the movement breaks. Sellers are often reticent to give such information. Moreover, some watch movements can have two numbers, one for the generic model and another number for the official watch movement.

Hi, very interesting. I ordered a so-called Rickenbacker bass guitar from DHGate a few weeks ago, paying around £230 GBP which is obviously ludicrously much cheaper than the original. The bass in question got one 5 star review. What is concerning me is that apparently, it won't be shipped to me until the latter part of October! The finish on the bass is quite unique compared to any original so maybe that's the reason for the wait? As each supplier is different on DHgate it's impossible to generalise I've not personally had any experience with instruments from there so I can't offer any help, maybe another viewer may have. I hope it works out for you Den but by now you've probably realised it's not a genuine Rickenbacker so you may need to lower your expectations along with the piece. ** not legal advice ** It's perfectly legal to buy products from DHgate, but if you buy FAKE products from DHgate for any purpose it's Illegal in most western countries and by having it shipped into your country you are technically the importer and therefore can potentially be prosecuted for the importation of counterfeit goods. Obviously, this doesn't always happen and many people do it but by doing so you are potentially funding organised crime and leaving yourself open to prosecution. It's your call.
A month is standard from China, I have no idea right now, could be two maybe longer, worth checking with the seller if they are shipping first, they may still be in lockdown and unable to ship in which case you will be waiting looooong!

I'm not sure what country you're in and it may differ but in the UK it's usually the shipper that collects the taxes and import duty, for example, if it was shipped with DHL they will often call you and ask for payment over the phone at which point your item would be released for delivery to you. If its standard post then your countries postal service will get in touch and let you know.

That happen to me once. I always message them about the product no matter what. once a seller did that to me, he closed down his business. I order a shirt from Him I asked about the tracking and kept sending me a tracking number in Chinese that didn’t work. But just luckily I had his business name when I was messaging him. I took that business name and put it in the Search bar and guess what long and behold he was the same person just under a different business name. So I sent him a lovely message in Chinese lol. the seller never get your money first, your money go to DHGate, and DHgate confirm the order to the seller, after that, you receive the product and at this moment DHGate gives the money to the seller. So if you have any problem with the order DHGate will give your money back

Dhgate has removed the ratings for sellers, which is very unethical. Some of the pictures are mixed--the actual item preceded by pictures of replicas of the item. Their refund procedures are not ethical at all. False advertising is a chronic problem. They could make a lot more money if their replica watches had accurate features or sizes.

I ordered two items from one seller at the same time it took a month for one item to arrive the other one still didn’t come over months 🤔 next subject’s I had an issue with one seller I saw a good product and I was able to purchase but the shady part was the messaging from the seller they just kept sending me picture of another product to make up for the main one I ordered long story short they didn’t have it in stock anymore smh 🤦🏾♂️ thankfully 😅 I was able to get money 💰 back for the out of stock merchandise 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

what can you tell me on seller issuing non existing tracking numbers? should one ask for a replacement of the full order or a total refund of payment?
Buyers beware. Recently they send you fake tracking number and then close their stores and you can only message them but they do not answer messages

** not legal advice ** It's perfectly legal to buy products from DHgate, but if you buy FAKE products from DHgate for any purpose it's Illegal in most western countries and by having it shipped into your country you are technically the importer and therefore can potentially be prosecuted for the importation of counterfeit goods. Obviously, this doesn't always happen and many people do it but by doing so you are potentially funding organised crime and leaving yourself open to prosecution. It's your call.
So should I consider buying designer belts on here ?

A month is standard from China, I have no idea right now, could be two maybe longer, worth checking with the seller if they are shipping first, they may still be in lockdown and unable to ship in which case you will be waiting looooong!

I'm not sure what country you're in and it may differ but in the UK it's usually the shipper that collects the taxes and import duty, for example, if it was shipped with DHL they will often call you and ask for payment over the phone at which point your item would be released for delivery to you. If its standard post then your countries postal service will get in touch and let you know.

That happen to me once. I always message them about the product no matter what. once a seller did that to me, he closed down his business. I order a shirt from
Him I asked about the tracking and kept sending me a tracking number in Chinese that didn’t work. But just luckily I had his business name when I was messaging him. I took that business name and put it in the Search bar and guess what long and behold he was the same person just under a different business name. So I sent him a lovely message in Chinese lol.
Needless to say I got my shirt after that.
the seller never get your money first, your money go to DHGate, and DHgate confirm the order to the seller, after that, you receive the product and at this moment DHGate gives the money to the seller. So if you have any problem with the order DHGate will give your money back

Most sellers are fake. Always got my money back though I went a bit wild. Learned my lesson. Took ages to get the money.
I order my item on January 21, it supposedly shipped January 30th. It said my item was accepted to the Korean post, but now it's been 41 days and no updates. Every week for the last 3 weeks, the seller say, he talked to the postal service and they said it will be updated next week, but it hasn't. So i opened a case. Am i wrong for that? I don't think anyone would like to be lied to, especially after they spend their hard-earned money. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Dhgate has removed the ratings for sellers, which is very unethical. Some of the pictures are mixed--the actual item preceded by pictures of replicas of the item. Their refund procedures are not ethical at all. False advertising is a chronic problem. They could make a lot more money if their replica watches had accurate features or sizes.
Alot of sellers on dhgate dont have reviews so it's hard to pick sometimes but I like to look at how many transactions a seller has
