What type of jumping would you recommend for getting a faster spin/higher standing backflip? I know I can practise myself and I can already do it on an airtrack without a bounce or a good tuck with hands holding my knees (I just rip it as hard as I can and try to land on the same spot) What I struggle with is that I land it barely and almost touch the ground with my hands and need to jump forwards right after it. I'm currently doing backflips maybe once every 3months and had a true 2year break from doing even a single one (work etc bad reasons :D ) On trampoline for example I can do gainers easily and overrotate layouts if I want to, I just feel like my legs dont fire up when trying to jump on a firm surface, feels a bit like jumping after too much trampoline (without the trampoline)
my main goal is multi-gainers, will it just be a natural progression from this to multiple? or is there a different form of gainer i should learn first, im extremely new to the scene so sorry if this seems like a dumb question

We’d need 10 times the monthly views of Plan Zero to fund the site. We put out 24 videos per month and every tricker that contributes is paid. If you aren’t prepared to pay $3 for 100 hours+ tricking information from the worlds best trickers then you were never gonna get good anyway. I say that with complete sincerity, getting good takes a bunch of sacrifices so if that’s even a question for you then tricking might not be the one for you 🤙🏾

And once you get good at tricking you don't need coaches anymore because you learn moves based on what you allready can do. I think if someone joins your app, then it's to support you. And that's what i would be ready to do through watching ads. It wouldn't be about videos that are not available on youtube it would be about supporting you.
At an angle otherwise you wont flip as easy and cheat gainer is a gainer flash just in a more definitive way of saying it. There are three types of gainers (from my knowledge, could be wronge) moon kick, slant gainer, gainer flash. Cheat gainer is just all three of these in a less defined way
Do you need to be decently flexible for this? I can backflip easily but im not flexible at all haha - will it still be possible to get it good without very much flexibility?
VIJAY VARDHAN TOMAR I think you are thinking of a Touchdown Raiz. Your right It looks kinda similar to a gainer. But a gainer with one hand is a touchdown gainer.
Can someone give me an answer, I don't see how these are gainers? I thought the definition of a gainer was a back flip moving forwards but I don't see that happening anywhere. I even see some of them landing behind where the initial jump was? How is this not just a j kick into a backflip?
You don't need a blackflip for cheat ganier, i know People Who started from scratch and made it in less then 1 week, I've been training for 2 days and I'm amost done

You need to learn gainer switches. You take off from from your weak foot then u do the gainer and land back on your weak foot. Then you copy and paste
