I've been trying to do a back handspring but I just can't get over the fear. Do you have any tips? I want to learn the back handspring before doing a backflip just so I can get the feeling of going over my head without breaking my neck.

Great video but it's little difficult for us because ur are well balenced in flips but it's little heavy for us than ur expectations
You can be stuck on the progression just before the jump into it or the flip itself for weeks or months. There's no real trick to become fearless and just commit you just do it.

Bruh i cant even do a cartwheel
Just start with the basic motion without going directly over your head and get the idea of it in your head that you're a wheel..be a wheel rotating not a square. Its not hand hand jump off both feet and end up on your butt. Think about actually rotating like a wheel. One hand then kick and flare up the opposite leg, the other follows, the other hand follows that. You can do this without going upside down when you have it comfortably you'll be doing it fully upside down just kick up harder. This move can be slow or fast. Personally i can't do it fast like i want or do a cart full to set up for hand springs but i only really want to learn a couple flips.
