Loving these little videos! If we can't have the Chelsea Flower Show, these vignettes presented by passionate gardeners are filling the void. Great idea RHS. From lockdown in Australia with thanks.
Really nice vlog. Thank you. It is wonderful to have 'exotic' food, but so much more interesting, and 'grounding' to enjoy the things that are around you. In Denmark my wife hates cabbage and kale, but they are so entirely delicious! How could an Englishman have to battle a Danish wife about such wonderful ingredients! She also dismisses fennel and dill as 'peasant food'. But her mother was brought up during WW2, and that has surely impacted her views on cooking. Food is 'generational', as well as 'location'. But I continue to try to grow herbs and vegetables that might remind my children of where they come from.
Love your passion for food, plants, family...Wonderful to listen to you..
