Saw your videos for the first time last month.. After watching few videos i thought you explain things so nicely..and may be you are a science major or a good researcher or something like that.. The best thing about your videos is i don't go to Google to search why this or why that anymore..(specially when i was watching a video of hyaluronic acid and how it is related to glycerol) Because for other channels, after watching any remedy i go and read in detail about it. I am about finish my post graduate after 3 days and knowing you are such a wonderful teacher really inspired me.

Mam indigo aur hina 2step process ko hum every 15 to 20 days mein apply karenge ya only one time . Kya one time hina pack laga kar hum every 10 ya 15 days baad only indigo powder use kar sakte h ya nahi
1. Hot oil mashing.

3 . Egg mask .
4 . Onion juice .
5. Proper Ghar Ka
Healthy Khana .
6 . Week me 3 time

Teenager special for hair growth and face.... Mam main problem is ...For face ... Confused about step ... Face wash 2 toner ... Then ... If I apply sunscreen then I feel like oily oily it's make very comfortable while going to college mam... Therefore I apply Whitetone powder... Ab baato ksee kree ❤️❤️

Don't use ice cube on face directly..put ice cube in a cloth then use if you really need it..
Carrot and beetroot, tomato combined these 3 vegetables and blend it in a mixer..add water, some honey, half of lemon juice then drink it...
