My mom brought them back from Uganda. Unfortunately her bag got lost for a week so they all came back spoilt. Now I have to see if these ingredients are carried on Toronto so I can make some. 😢😭.. I'm going to follow this when I can finally get everything

Hey,, I want to try this,I can't get this sweet bananas easily here in Kenya,,can I use normal banana's,,,I love your recipes from Kenya
I haven’t used the normal and common long bananas, bse they’ dry out real quick, however it’s okay you can use and see.
Thank you 😊
@@TheCookingNurse thanks for the response and welcome
Yes, I think any ripe bananas can do including Bogoya.
Am here for us not annoying our ancestors....... coming up on breakfast....issa kabalagala situation
Here for the breakfast too😂 bse we can’t annoy our ancestors 😊
I love the commentary on the pancakes giving up in the saucepan because 'life is hard'! 🤣
Isn’t it 😝😝😝😝
😆😆

Oh dear, I don’t know how but cassava never has sand except if it was dried in poor condition 😔😔
The sand is part of the recipe
Sorry you got poorly prepared cassava flour. It's not supposed to have any sand in it.
Wash cassava before drying on a clean surface
Hey nursing nurse , do we have to use paticular bananas

Those are the ones that made us, we r their wildest dreams, and the least we can do is show them how much we respect what they started 😂
What is the mix ratio? How many bananas to the flour?
Can i use any flour
No you must use cassava/yuca flour
Can you use wheat flour
No
Webale Akiiki😅😅
Ego chaali
Can I use baking flour,or all purpose flour instead of cassava flour?
No these ones specifically use cassava flour
When you use other flour you’re not making these particular ones
U can add a sprinkle of baking powder

Is it okay if I made triangle pancakes 🌝
Don’t start 😂😂
Yes it's okay
How about baking soda
No
@@TheCookingNurse thank you.
Hello 👋
Hello 👋
Hii
They don't put baking powder?
Absolutely not
The baking soda enlarges them and alkaline them a little bit.
Seems like she forgot bicarbonate to make them softer
Who told that’s what makes them soft? You people be tenderizing flour? 🙄
I hate pancakes with Baking soda. She didn't forget it, it was intended to be left out
Traditionally/Ugandan style bicarbonate is not added
what makes them so hard
Air and the heat of the oil
😂there life is hard
I use millet flour
Great 👍 is it as soft
Gives me an extremely better version of banana nut bread
I don’t know that one
@@TheCookingNurse bananas and flour are the two main ingredients and btw I made this the other day. It takes similar, but wayyyyy better
Me, i sell pancakes, pure bananas
The Ugandan pancakes not African 😢
Gwe kyobomanya they identify as African, Ebisigade go and fight your ancestors
