Eunice, I totally enjoy your videos. You are such a bright soul. Life in your village is so peaceful, I honestly sometimes dream of such lifestyle ( while totally understanding the hardships). Much love and respect
There is something similar to this in USA, mainly in the South, call Bignet (bin-yay) and they are usually dusted with powdered sugar and eaten with strong coffee. They are a real treat. I enjoyed watching you make your snack and they look absolutely delicious!
Love love love these type of mandazi. Eunice can you please show us some Acholo musical instruments. The traditional ones like the one that's in the intro of this video? Thanks.
Eunice, thank you for your videos! 🙏🙏🙏 They are very interesting! 👍👍👍 Love your cheerful energy! You're beautiful 🥰🌺🌹 Nice recipe! Looks tasty and crunchy! 😋😃🍋 Love and respect from Russia ❤️❤️❤️
I sell 300 pieces a day .but my supplier is failing me terribly...the demand is high and he isn't willing to Keep up with the speed . kindly guide me on how to make such ..what quantity of ingredients do I need??
Thank you so much my dear sister for teaching the world how to make a very nice snack coz av tried it out but please I would humbly love to advise you to use a glass, stainless or hard plastic bowls for health reasons coz that type of bowls can easily crack and cause hurm. Thank you
I think the baking should be mixed with the flour first before putting in the margarine so that the baking can spread well in the flour and when u put the blue band before the baking , the latter can not penetrate into the blue band and so some parts of the flour will be without the baking. Otherwise I love the simplicity of ur environment. Cudos
Omg I love these with vanilla ice cream. But You mintioned how hot your fire gets! I don't know if you do this or not but when it gets too hot just remove the pot or pan from the fire. The food will still cook as the temperature drops and put it back on. I have that issue with my gas grill sometimes and cut it off until temperature drops.
They look amazing. I missed the part were you mixed in the cooking oil into the dough. Or maybe you just use butter for the dough no need for cooking oil?
I just love the way we Ugandans or rather some Africans cook without using measuring tools. We use eyes and experience. 👌
😂😂as in you just listen to the ancestors telling you to stop and that's enough 😂
@@kanakulyakiwumuro8486😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 so, it's ancestors' measurements that we use 😂😂😂❤❤
I do that too am not used to measuring things
Am telling u 😅😅😅😅u hear the muzungu saying 1oz of flour and u ask yourself what's this😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
My eyes actually measure better 😂😂😂
Wow dats my African style we don't stress ourselves we do it all using our body no need for big kitchens just something simple gd work darling ❤❤❤
I really love the way she doesn't struggle to get what she doesn't have. She did it perfectly in her dimple kitchen. Congratulations
Thats why am proud to be african we don't stress ourselves ,look at the rolling pin❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂

Africans eat beignets as well, and although it's a similar food, half cakes are soft and crunchy while beignets are fluffy and pillowy
@@zvezdoblyat I think I would like the half cakes. That crunchy outside looks so good!

Eunice if you would have had some vanilla flavoring...it would have made a huge difference..Enjoy.
That looks delicious. I make it in 2 different ways ): the crunchy similar to yours and the soft ones. For tea or coffee depending on my day

Oh yes sure, thats a good way of maintaining heat but though abit risky to keep carrying the pan of hot cooking oil on and off from the fire
Wow 😲😲
