This is actually awesome. Very concise and to the point. Literally no other video told me that it's called impedance because of AC. +rep
Stop overlapping the sentences, it's really annoying
A bit fast, good thing i can rewind. PERFECT information. New to headphone and amp world and this was the only explanation i could find and at the, the best one. Keep up the good work, but maybe a bit slower ahah
Cheers mate! Yup, I found it pretty strange at first too... Glad to have helped.
This is short but its straight to the point
Wow. That was surprisingly accurate for a YT video.
Thanks, mate! 👌🏼
Please answer this🙏 ..more impedance means we can hear low frequency sounds much clearer than low impedance once?
I really like the Style of your video, really fun and flashy. However I do agree with the guy below, it's way too fast, you're trying to explain something which is fairly easy, but to someone that is a neophyte it is a bit too fast. I had to rewind 3-4 times 15 seconds to get everything. Still a cool video, keep it up man!
Yeah... I guess this video is aimed at someone who already has a certain level of electrical knowledge and it could be too fast otherwise. Thanks for your thoughts, I’ll bear them in mind for the next one!
I just ordered my DT 990 Pro, they are 250 ohms. I've been seeing that the new 2021 macbooks pro m1 pro can deliver enough power for high impedance headphones, should I be worried about that? I also have a Behringer UMC204HD, is it capable of powering the headphones?
So for sound design and music production 250 ohm headphones is better than 80 ohm ones?
I'm using Redmi K20 Pro. It has 3.5 mm jack. In order to get maximum performance from an IEM, how much Impedance I need and how much impedance I don't need?
play at 0.75 speed. thank me later.
Could you speed up that for 2x so i can absorbe better all the information. Thanks.
Great!
my realme buds 2 is 32 ohms
thanks!
best video ever, thanks man
Very helpful video but the whispering is annoying which the info being whispered is necessary to be easily heard as well.
I want to buy a new earphones to my mobile.. Which ohm's lever earphones should I buy for better bass and sound
So this is probably WAY too late to help you... but there are far more important things than impedance when it comes to bass response and general audio performance for consumer headphones. If the headphones you're buying are wireless, you don't need to worry. If they're earbuds then, again, you don't need to worry. If they're advertised being used with phones or out and about, then you probably don't need to worry.
The only time you need to be worrying about impedance on headphones is when you're dealing with professional amplification equipment (such as a really nice DAC) or with pro studio headphones. Most people wouldn't like to listen to their everyday music on 'true' studio headphones anyway, so for most cases this is something you don/t need to worry about.
holy shit!! rap god!!
😂😂
your video is too fast
Birbal Prasad if it were slower it would be boring. I think this is about the perfect rate of information presentation. I'd rather have to scroll back to relisten than have to skip forward because I'm bored and miss something
I have the MOTU M6 audio interface in my cart along with a few pairs of headphones.
(I hear the MOTU M6 headphone amp provides 190mW @ 55ohms).
A (seemingly wise) RUclips audiophile told me to pair the M6 with 80Ω headphones.
...but a MOTU sales rep said that "headphones over 200Ω is optimal".
Julian says that you should x8 the amp impedance with headphone impedance.
...but another tech RUclipsr said to _match_ the amp/headphone impedance.
_WHAT GIVES!?_
Really good! Was hoping your video was longer.
Nice information bro.
Good and very helpful video dude
but a bit fast...
wtf even the previous sentence didn't end, the next one came ... slow down man
Too fast, good info
Thanks for the feedback! I’ll bear that in mind, as several people have said this. Don’t forget you can watch it more than once! 😉
urrrr soo teribble at theesee,, cant u remove those annoying whispering sounds in ur goodayum video ,, so distracting ,, cant even catch up, wait I'm sry
