Thank you for the video. Do. you use Capture One for all your image management? You don't use Lightroom Classic as well? Have you a separate laptop that you take on location, and a desktop that you use back in the office? Thanks for your time.

does this camera overheat while taking photos? Also I'm super new to cameras so do they use the same format as videos like 4k 60, 30 etc when shooting photos?

Only video causes overheating. 4k60 is the video frame rate. 4k resolution at 60 frames a second. Still images in this camera are 24 megapixels.

Hi Scott, a question which has puzzled me since moving from 1DX2 to R62 is tethered flash cables. I use the triggers mainly but miss having the back up when the trigger has an issue on a shoot to quickly plug in the flash cable. The R6 and mirrorless series from canon dont have the connection. Is there a work around like a USB C version cable especially for older studio flash units.

Good question, I believe only the R5, R3 and R1s have the strobe plug.

I’m having a hard time getting tips on the photography rather than video side of things for the 24-150 lens. As I wait for my r6 mark ii to arrive I am busting my brain over deciding the correct lens I can act afford . I will be taking lots of photos with the window as my light source for images of my artwork I. Creative contexts etc. should I ins read her the EF 24-70 mm f2.8 wirh adapter rather than the EF 24-105 ? I will also use the camera for Video and photographing my art outside for the outposts of making art prints of my art (crop after. To make prints ).

Check out a simple 35 or 50mm 1.8 prime RF lens. Those are great and very cost effective. I wouldn't buy a EF lens at this point, it's just old technology.

Which one is to use for focus point ? Full frame or spot or single point ?

For headshots, I typically use the full frame focus

I watch your video to see if you have the same problem of yellow and saturated colors with a lot of contrast in the studio, the canon 6d or 5d the colors look better editing in lightroom
