The fact that the V4 chart is far easier mainly comes down to one reason. Huge lack of Jacks. Since as someone who occasionally charts in Osu!mania (just for experimenting). The difficulty drops significantly when there are less jacks specifically because it is a fair bit tougher to keep up with jacks than staircases. Since Jacks requires you to press one note repeatedly meanwhile staircases have you do more keys in a pattern
Overall, I really like the background, but the music itself sounds much worse in my opinion, even though the old one was a slight remake of the one from week 1, I liked it better
Reactor v3 = Eh. Too repetitive. Instrumentals kinda weak. Least favorite green song Reactor v4 = Fire. Just fire. My all time favorite song in the mod. I won't elaborate further. (This is just my opinion. Don't flame me)
