My fridge stopped cooling below 51, I noticed a buildup of ice in the upper back of the fridge. Just scraped it off hopefully that will help. Have you had this issue?
I do see a small layer of ice but just wipe it off. Other than that, the fridge works great.

If you look to the left, there's a greyed-out lock icon. You can hold that down and it will prompt you. Hope that helps.

Is it super noisy? I feel like I hear it in the background. I'm looking to get one for under my cabinet.
It's very quiet. In fact, I never hear it much at all. When the compressor kicks on, you might hear a low hum but other than that, it's great! We love it. It's been a godsend for all of our water bottles and beer. I hope that helps. thanks much for stopping by!
@@EtherealEncountersUnveiled hey Caroline. I have the smaller version of this and there’s a odd wooshing sound while while it’s powered on. The best way I can describe it is darth Vader breathing. Not kidding. Any idea what could be causing it?
@@vikinghammer87 Geez, I would imagine it's the compressor when it kicks on. Mine doesn't sound like that at all. I would email the retailer and see if they can be of more help.

I looked at your video and made visit to order the same fridge but instead of receiving they completely ripped me off.
I would report them to Amazon. I had no problems whatsoever so I have no clue what happened. Just report them and keep contacting their customer service.
@@EtherealEncountersUnveiled I ordered from the company site. First i was told it was still in warehouse, then it was shipped already. Then just today they told me to wait 3 days just to allow them time to figure it out. Just giving me the run around. I’m not understanding why the issues are with me. But I appreciate you responding back to me.
@@Aredies I would just keep after them. They have a business for a while now so I don't think they will rip you off. they also sell on Amazon and you can report them there if they don't send you the product. Good luck.
