Aww I understand, it seems many couples remain very traditional in that way. I agree it's wonderful to have a mate that shares in the household duties. We're pretty equally matched in everything we do, from work and running our business to cooking, cleaning and taking care of the pigs. ;)

Great question, I rarely ever throw anything away. I usually donate the majority of stuff when I declutter. Of course some of the home goods aren't needed at the shelters, so we take those items to the swap meet, there's a lot of locals there and they love when we have a "garage sale" table. :)

Oh yes, it's been over a year since I've had any pink in my bedroom, that was at our old house. But in this house I prefer creams and aquamarine with the color scheme of the front room. I keep all my pink contained in the bathroom and vanity. ;)

I love all the windows in your house it looks like such a cozy cottage and to love in Hawaii would be so awesome! I have visited once years ago. I live in GA , I always dream of moving to Florida someday just to be near to ocean. I love to vibes of the tropical places so relaxed and careful. The ocean makes everything better!

I love that you are letting go of things you don't use and love,I have been letting go of one item each day,Im going in a minimalist direction and I realize stuff doesn't make me happy and spending money on stuff really is robbing from myself.I want a simple happy life & I want just what I need,stuff isn't the answer to my happiness.The more I let go the happier I feel. I still like things to look pretty & I love the minimal look of all creams & whites & having all my surfaces clear of clutter.

Michael doesn't care about filming in the front rooms or showing my stuff but he isn't interested in doing a full on house tour and showing the whole floor plan and where everything is, so some things we show but not all.
