Would you consider a PE as a strong possible diagnosis in a young, female, post active covid patient that presented pleuritic chest pain for 5 days, no fever, dry coughing and a massive haemoptysis episode that initiated after coughing episode? No hospitalization needed at active covid phase. One episode of fever during active desease, but responded to paracetamol and did not came back.
