That font search is a process!!! Hours per days, days per week, weeks per month and so on.
There is no competition 😂
I respect what u said. "I'll bring you to the water but I'm not gonna help u drink it". That was some real talk. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
When I started in the 90's the golf shop, family Reunion guys were cutthroat. The guy didn't know how to design in Photoshop but he used 2D design software to make shirts. People used to make their own fonts. They would also buy font cds back then. Then we moved to getting fonts off ftp sites and getting them in font packs. Now Google has pretty much mowed that down by blocking and marking sites as copy-written even if they aren't. What I was told was to never give up your shirt manufacturer or the resellers because shirts were stupid cheap if you had the right contacts. BTW I made shirts for local radio stations and it made alot of money along with those custom golf balls.
I'll always gatekeep fonts. There are so many biters out there and I'm not giving anybody a shortcut.
hahahaaa spending hours at night looking for the right font just for somebody to say "hey that looks cool, what font is that so i can use it" hahahaaa new vids lookin crispy clean too brotha. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

@@BigBrandoh Thanks bro, I appreciate you
Gate keepers are people who are insecure that people will do better than them with the same info.
Thank you for all you're doing for those of us that want a prosperous business, big or small owners!❤❤❤
@bigBrando is actually the GOAT of this RUclips/social media information hub! He really give great info and mostly sums it down for everybody so they can absorb it. ✊🏾💯 15:33
Great video with great advice as always!
Thanks for all the game big brando
Thank you so much for sharing and helping
Thank homei for keeping real my boy
Thnx for your information 👍
Thanks Big Brandoh!
Thank you!!
Great info. Please keep sharing the knowledge.
Good video. You've given me ideas to start a new line. Doing a line right now but I think your idea is cool.
Thank you man… you are an inspiration
Keep on...keeping it real. Great video and advice.
thank you for making a difference and saving lives,
Great dude with great info! Im from the Southbay, and always wanted to do what your doing. Keep spreading the love. Can't say enough about you and what I've learned from you. Gracias.
Big respect!! ✊🏾because a lot of influencers and digital creators are not kicking game down an information like Big Brandoh
You are an Inspiration.
Thank you
Thank you for doing all that you do, you've been a big help to me and getting my t-shirt and design business off the ground much love much appreciated and thank you for keeping it 1,000! So much game if you can get by the slang 😉
Mad RESPECT Mate!!!! I used to be that guy too getting mad and one day I just said screw it I will figured this stuff out like I figured out how to build computers. I am still learning things but that's the journey of it all. I have a DTG printer and there is no real info on how to get the best looking images when this or that happens only videos promoting the machine, so I am thinking of sharing our growing pains with YT and helping people out.
Currently using fonts online as inspiration and sketching my own. It's definitely a process to find what works best for your ideas. Thank you for this channel 😃
I sell completely different items than you: cupcake and cake toppers. But I always come to watch your videos for the motivational words and wisdom that you give to the community. It always makes me feel so much better about myself and my small business when I hit a low or hit a block in creativity. In the past I had several reach out asking what font I use. They wouldn’t even start off with a hi. Just what font you use. And it’s about the only thing I gate keep as well. I don’t own the font, but I did spend the time to find and buy it, just like you mentioned.
I admire you so much, like, for real! You say what needs to be said. You keep things real and straight to the point. Your are 100% correct, my only competitor is myself! I love that!
One of your best videos and I've watched a lot of them. You're a nice, helpful guy and I and I think others truly appreciate you. Thanks
Fire!!! You are in my top 5 of who I follow for this "starting a clothing brand" arena. 🔥🔥🔥
"You act like the internet doesn't exist" 🤣 I had to go through the same evolution back in the day when I started soapmaking and other soapmakers would hit me up for my recipe, suppliers, etc. My business has since pivoted and I'm much more open. Hope to see you next year at Long Beach!
Good man, Big Brandoh. From Spain 🎉 been following for some time now and always interested in what you tell us 🇺🇸. Thanks 🙏 for the inspiration and insight
I appreciate the knowledge you share. I am a newbie in the t shirt, hoodie hat biz. I've been struggling with not really knowing anyone here in Az, when I got here the world shutdown, and wondering how to make a name. Your info always motivates me to keep working.
I’m here In AZ 😊
Great information as always, Big Brandoh! Definitely the GOAT!!!
THAT'S RIGHT! 💯
You are badass I love it!
:)! Mane thanks for bringing me to the water always and letting me drink myself!
I loved your idea of collaborating with other people. Thats a really unique way of doing it. Were you ever worried of jealousy or being left aside because you were being outsold by Barber Bob? How did you deal with stuff like that? Great content by the way.
Your right. I did the research and learned screen printing on my own by watching RUclips. You know how hard this was? I spend countless hours perfecting it until I got that one screen right.
What brand hoodie is that? Looks super smooth. Thanks in advance 🫡
You got me on dtf
Hey Brandoh, where did you get that font on your hoodie? 😂😂😂
Have you ever pressed hats on demand at a vendor show? If so would a jackery be sufficient to power a hat press?
I feel like some people should do the work I can point you in the right direction but I’m not going to hold your hand .
Hey brother, I want to get your opinion on what heat press I should use for 20 oz skinny tumblers? I know you do t-shirts but maybe you can point me in the right direction. Thanks
Any thoughts on how to connect with apparel manufacturers? Do any send out samples? I keep ordering from a third party company but want to have more consistency by picking 2 or 3 companies whose gear I like. Down in SD so I could pop up to some of these SoCal companies but not sure if that's cool to do. Big thanks
every manufacturer has a site and contact email. most have sells reps waiting for you to contact them. all you gotta do is send them an email and set up an account
What steps did you take to acquire the spot or parking lot to run your own pop up events I’ve always wanted to do my own pop up event with other vendors I’ve seen other vendors but never got an answer as into how to go about it. For example do you ask the proof we or the store front owners or the city’s permission? If you could break all that down on how you would or do it? I would like to learn your method if possible
i have videos about this. hit the youtube search bar with "big brandoh selling out of the trunk" all the vids will pop up on how i did it
@@BigBrandoh oh I see my typos there I meant do you ask the property owner or the store front owner…. But ok cool yeah I’ll take a look at the videos thank you big Brandoh. I went to the expo in Long Beach and unfortunately missed out on meeting you and the whole main floor since I came through the over flow entrance towards the back so I missed so much stuff I was under the impression that that was all of the show but I was so wrong lol. So next year I’m gonna attend again now that I know what I know lol
Hey Brandoh . I want to do like a winter skully hat or a knit beanie. Can I do that with heat transfers and a heat press? Is that way good too for those types of hats?
personally speaking. i think beanies and knit caps need to be sewn or embroidered only because they under go a lot of stretching and handling. not sure how a transfer would hold up to that much wear and tear. thats just my opinion tho. ive never tried it or done it before
@@BigBrandoh Ok. Thank you for always replying!!!!
