Awesome Electrical DIY idea. Protect your extension cord connections. Waterproof those connections. waterproof Christmas lights! You can call this a Christmas hack, easy life hack or whatever...
Wonderful idea! I’ll rest easier knowing the water won’t get to where the cords meet. Thanks a million and have a blessed Christmas! 🌲

Thanks great idea, Camouflage 'em, a Christmas decoration that covers the bottle, paint 'em : store them with the lights for years to come... Merry Christmas

Thank you so much, works great, we get snow, rain before Christmas. Every year, I'm so frustrated. It works on bushes too, where there are multiple connections, I just didn't use sticks, two clothes pins.

😂😂😂
Maybe if you can hid it behind a bush. In the front yard it looks bad...
Not if it snows where you live...in the fall with no snow ok it won't look ok but in the northern states or Canada where I live its a brilliant hack
Better than it looking like a trash can.
Does morning dew get inside? We get a great deal of morning dew as we get to late fall, early winter weather?
no...thanks for watching!
Awesome
What a great idea!!!! I won't have to use up all my electrical tape!!!
Does electrical tape work tho? If I have something on the roof I can just tape the shite out of the connection?
thanks for watching!
I'm doing this!
Thank you
This is great! How would you handle string Christmas lights and also extension cords with three heads? Thanks!
maybe use a mayo jar
Maybe a 2 Liter soda bottle?
A little word of caution if the bottle falls over on its side it could potentially fill with water and submerge the plugs
Awesome Thanks 👍
No problem 👍
seriously, just saved me like $20 LOL
well I did not save any money because I also used a bottle of vodka instead of a water bottle
Great idea
Thank you! 😊

Nice Idea..I will use this..
Wouldn't a strong wind blow off the bottle ?
like a tornado? probably!
And what about humidity inside the bottle walls
there are no issues... the bottom is open. Katalaves?
