Is there no option of film for the entire glass? and front glass. Because sometimes its difficult to use ac with the rain

For front glass first use glass cleaner as fumes of dashboard polish n plastic adhare to it and on this grudge fog tends to accumulate fast. For outside u can use rainx. And secondly use air circulator for defogging, hope both these tips togather help.

Bhai it's like mobile screen guard; if you take care and don't scratch it, it will go for years.
Don't expect antiglare properties it's for fog only.

Get a new one and follow the steps, cleaning glass and removing bubbles is essential for visibility.

How long does the film last? Is it still hydrophobic after months of usage?

Well it's plastic thing, so don't expect it to last long like glass, but it's almost reaching an year and still it's good as new, hopefully it will run for few more years, and when it's visibility n quality deteriorate I'll fix a new one.
