This was over 40 years ago - and to this very day Angus still plays like that, knee shaking and headbanging all over the stage! Brian is a magnificent singer but I still remember the day I heard that Bon had died. I thought, maybe, it was only so upsetting because I was so young at the time but I felt the same way when I heard that Malcolm was gone - sad days, both of them. RIP Bon and Malc.

It’s a music video, not an actual performance. But when he rubbed the guitar on the mic stand it was to simulate a pick slide. But he often did this live in the 70s to get some extra feedback (mic screech), that was before they started putting the real amps under the stage. Yes, their amp stacks behind the band in the 70s were real.

Does anyone know what "we rise and fall and light the sea" mean? Van if you think Angus is nuts here you should check out the AC/DC movie. I think one of the reasons this album and back and black did so well was due to Mutt Lang's influence. He was married to Shania Twain. He pretty much predicted his own death in the song Highway to Hell. Although his last song was ride on. He was found dead in the back of a car probably from chocking on his own vomit due to so much drinking.
