The gov needs to exercise the death penalty, enough is enough not protecting hard working innocent citizens. Death penalty is more likely to deter would be offenders, murders etc. But I guess there's more money to be made to house inmates.

This is heartbreaking. These men have suffered so much with poverty in Guatemala and immigrated here to just survive. NYC, Chicago, Detroit, LA, Houston and America wake up! Whoever did this needs to have their organs harvested while they are alive and conscious but without anesthesia. This way the prison guards can strap the murderer to a bed and the doctors can cut their torsos open and remove the organs they want to harvest.

These perpetrators need to be found, charged with murder and then throw the book at them.
Prison will be too lenient with them. That is why criminals don't fear going to prison. This is why the US government needs to take away recreational activities such as lifting weights, watching TV, reading books and going out for fresh air. They should spend most of their time inside their cells with nothing to do. Their meals should be a piece of bread and some water. All the US has to do is repeal the amendment that protects criminals and then these monsters will have no rights.

I left NYC and moved to Iowa, as the city has become not only very dangerous, but expensive as slum lords want to recoup money they “lost” during the pandemic. We need more low income housing.

This is just wrong what America has become, on so many levels. People getting murdered leaving work, during work and even on the way to work. It's not even safe to actually have a job to provide for yourself and or family. Law enforcement used to be the main occupation whereas you didn't know whether you'd return back home to your family. But now it's not even safe to walk your dog in it's own backyard.
