It's hard to know who to trust online. Everyone is selling something. Even I one day hope to mentor some of you. There are fake gurus out there that claim to know how to teach airbnb, business, and real estate. Phonies like Chi Ta trying to sell his course BNB university or Brian Page trying to sell BNB formula. Inexperienced hosts like Stayly with only a few properties and a year of airbnb experience, they claim to make millions on airbnb bust don't reveal those million are all course sales that come from ad campaign and a free webinar that they misrepresent as a paid webinar that is free just for you. Coaches with No airbnb arbitrage or business leaderhip experience like Robuilt. I understand what you are doing with corporate leasing but you are not coving the requirements these days to get multiple apartments. Business credit sir.
Please help me understand how you and your students are getting 3-5 units without business credit?
Is it Through the LLC but personally guaranteed?

Businesses don’t build credit the same way, and also, leases don’t have nearly as high of a requirement as I believe you’re assuming. So it’s easier than you think
