- Taking my 16 year old son on his first true motorcycle adventure to Colorado and Utah. We live in Florida where my son grew up. He has only seen mountains a handful of times. Now, we are driving together all the way from South Florida to the beautiful states of Colorado and Utah, pulling a trailer with my BMW R1200GSA, and his newly acquired Yamaha XT250. I love this series and bypass all the other videos I’m notified about, to watch these. I had a workaholic father and would have given anything for experiences like these you’re having with Diego. With no kids of my own I'm waiting for the grandkids to get old enough to ride with me.

Saludos amigos! I was just in Moab with the family on vacation and was surveying the canyon from the canyonlands start point. i was thinking this is an amazing route to Moab. I bet mototrek has gone thru here. And then I find this video today!! Thank you for sharing. I am coming back to run the trail next year with my son!

I never wore any kind of riding gear in weather over 80°F . just boots and cut off gloves and a Helmut. Must be hot with all that protective clothing. 😁 This father and son series of videos has become very nice to see. Be safe guys. Enjoy your rides. We do too enjoy watching.👍
At the 4:45 mark of your video, I definitely remember that section. We had our 3rd person who was just getting into off road riding when we did Moab last March. Baptism by fire is my credo. He made it through that area and the video does not really show how difficult that is.

Hi Carlos! I love watching your videos and seeing the adventures I would never be able to experience. Well, maybe someday. Please, I am not being disrespectful but just curious how you are able to spend weeks on end on adventure rides. Most of us, like myself, are tethered to 9 to 5 careers. At 63 years old, I hope to retire in a few months and ride my beat up old KLR on a few rides. Curious how you are able ride for weeks and weeks on end, financially.. The months on the road, the very high end motorcycle(s) and the high quality riding gear is very unreachable for most people. But again, not being ugly at all, I am just very curious if you could share your situation so I could understand. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome adventures. Ride on "my friend".
