Just what I was thinking, since it's going to have to be wired for lights and possibly brakes anyway, plumbing in a small air tank and bags with a connection to the truck wouldn't be super difficult. A little high output electric pump rather than having one engine mounted.
@@bishopcorva it looks like they were planning to bag the trailer axles all along…so the gooseneck only makes sense. These guys are good…I love their stuff they’ll figure it out and it’ll be awesome.
I was going to suggest the same thing, but add "Semi Airline Connectors" for the trailer and 2 additional switches on your Ride Control panel for individual height adjustment.
Oh Julie, you are gonna get through this. My heart goes out to you and will pray for you. I have been on cancer drugs for 3 years now after quite the ride. 2018 was an endless stream of Dr. appointments, blood draws, radiation, scans, operations, etc, but I'm still here and focus on what matters now. I had people show such kindness that I will never forget and you will experience that too. Read all you can about it, ask questions and share with someone who has been down the same road. You have a ton of people who care about you and want you to get rid of this awful disease. ❤❤❤
So sorry for the rough summer you are having. I was diagnosed with cancer in 2018. Keep fighting and doing what you need for you. You can beat it. Prayers.
Just ran across your channel, and man, I like it, so I subscribed to it. So sorry to hear about the wife's cancer diagnosis, I hope everything turns out good. And yes cancer sucks, I just lost my wife of just short of 36 years of marriage this past November do to lung cancer. It's very lonely around here now. But any how trying to stay busy with my projects that i have stacked up for my return years. And this truck and trailer project of yours caught my eye. Looking forward to seeing the finished rig. Thanks for the videos and hang in there things will be ok. God bless the both of you.😇
Julie you are definitely in my prayers! Me and my wife wish you a speedy recovery! I thought I would be able to come to rat stock this year to meet you but I won't be able to make it. Maybe next year! Mike
I would suggest to have the landing gear a bit farther to the back enough that the truck axle/tires do not hit it when you turn hard and the truck is at a 90 degree angle to the trailer. Great project and praying for healthy results for Julie.
My sincere thoughts and prayers, Julie! I've been on the Big C journey, so know what its like. Radiation, surgery, chemo, the works. Stay positive, NEVER give up hope, and throw in a good sprinkle of humor! You do that, and I know you will join our club of Cancer survivors. Yes, it sucks, but f... cancer, beat the bastard! You go girl! And Anthony, you be a a good nurse to her my brother!
Good luck Julie! We will be thinking of you. Good luck at the show Anthony! I still need that camper gas tank, haven't worked on it much. To bad there isn't a New York show for you, lol.
The Trailer is coming along. You conquered the problems that came up! Praying for Julie that everything goes well, also for a good recovery. I love what Y’all do, Anthony, Julie and Conner = GreatTeam !! 🔥🚚🤴🏻&👸🏻💯
Wow. So glad the build is coming together so nicely. I am so sorry about what you are going through. Speaking from personal experience I feel the situation that you are experiencing. I personally had a cancer scare a few weeks ago. My doctor told me that I had polyps in my gallbladder which was causing me pain and stomach issues. They removed the gallbladder on august 15th. Then they are going to have another surgery on September 16th for a cardio ablation. Stay strong and keep positive thoughts. My prayers are with you both.
Build looks to be coming along great! Hate that I have to say it again but thoughts and prayers for you. Julie your an amazing strong person and pray everything goes well for you. 🙏 Wish Anthony and you the best through it all and sure you have so much support. If there is anything either of you need please reach out. Even if you just forget to run the trash to the curb while you're gone😀
I’m a little behind here. Y’all are in my thoughts and prayers. Cancer does indeed suck!!! Build is looking good. Wish I could help you with it. Stay strong both of you.
Sorry to hear about your troubles Julie but I Pray all will go well for your surgery and the recovery. My thoughts are also with Anthony as well as he tries to further the project and keep the family together at this trying time.
My first time on this channel but going by the comments someone has got cancer. Well my good people let me tell you God is always the best medicine, he tells the doctors what they need to do and it shall be done. All is possible with God. God has a plan in your life and you will come to understand what it is on judgment day so always give God the glory amen.
Prayers for both of you, you're a team. Keep your faith, and all will be well. The rig is looking good. For some reason I was thinking a goose neck. Must be the picture I was looking at. Put the fenders on the trailer...? You will make it all come together. One day at a time.
Wow, I will be praying for you both! I like the overall design of the trailer looking at the rendering she is going to be a beut Clark!! And I appreciate the hot rivet trick as well.
The build is looking good . I’m praying for you both . Julie you will come out of this on the other side and everything will be fine GOD is with you during this . And safe travels Anthony. Once again I’m praying for you both and love you both if you need anything at all just let me know . We are all here for you both.
So sorry for the loss of your mom may she RIP, prayers go out to you both, also Julie take your health matters one day at a time I will be praying for you and your husband. Prayers for a speedy recovery. Anthony, your project is coming along so well. Awesome my friend.
First of all, I want to say the truck looks cool and as well as this summer, my wife was hit with cancer as well she has had surgery they say they removed it all and she is doing well. I send lots of prayers your way and cancer definitely does suck.
Sorry for you and your families loss and hope you have a speedy recovery proton you and your family. Good to see ya the other day the build is coming along nicely great work . Two weeks !!! ❤🙏
Julie, you are 1,000% correct cancer DOES SUCK! I've lost far too many loved ones to it, and I can honestly say I HATE CANCER!!!!! You said that prayers are appreciated, I say that prayers are guaranteed! I'm going to be lifting all y'all up in prayer because in my experience, the entirety of the family and friends suffer through it right alongside you. Please take care of yourself and give it up to God and your doctors. After all, He did bless them with their education, knowledge, and desire to serve people in that capacity! Anthony, I love how the build is coming along, but I agree with another commenter in that I'm thinking that your desired ride height could be achieved by a small gooseneck step and making the trailer floor a small wedge from the bottom deck to the top. That just might let you get 2 street rods on the trailer at the same time and make your frame rails the same height off of the ground as your tractor's!
Been going through cancer battles since spring 2021. Look at it sa a challenge, that what we did with mine. Dr. said a good mindset that your going to beat will carry you a long way. We've beat one in my arm, got to keep the arm, and still have 50% use of it. I call that a win. The other cancer we're fighting is multiple myeloma, did a stem cell transplant, and got it beat down to where chemo drugs are maintaining it, so I'm not going lose, but I'm not going to win either. Keep your mindset positive, and you'll do well.
I hope that everything goes well with the surgery! My prayers are with you! And YES Cancer SUCKS! My sister has cancer and will be on chemotherapy the rest of her life.
I know how hard it is to have cancer my wife has cancer and my mother in-law passed away from it to I'll keep your family in my prayers don't ever give up keep fighting .
Best wishes to Julie. My wife had cancer 30 odd years ago and she's fine. Treatment is so much better now but it's still a worry. Keep positive and let's see you back in videos soon.
What a kick in the ass. Go out and kick that cancer's ass Julie and all the healing vibes. On to that fine unit, it is looking fantastic, I hope you get all the mechanical done and the sleeper mounted and the truck looking good. If the trailer suffers with no sheet metal then so be it. And wow does Conor continue to impress with his skills. All the best ya'll
Continued Prayers for a full recovery and complete removal of the cancer. Stay positive (as if that's an easy thing at this point) and know that we Love you guys. Now Anthony, GET BACK TO WORK! JK If there's anything we can do please don't hesitate to let me know. 🤠👍
I've used those racking beams for many different projects. They are not super thick, their shape gives them incredible strength for a vertical load. I made a pair of rocker panels/ rock sliders for my Suzuki Sidekick. I used that truck extremely hard offroad and those rocker panels held up fantastic. Sure they got a little dinged up and scratched but still maintained their shape. You don't always need to spend your hard earned money for new materials. Look at what you have or whats available to you. You will be suprised with things you can make with everyday items.
Thought and prayers for you Julie. Cancer sucks. We’ll see you back on the channel after your surgery.
Our prayers go out to you guys. I know first hand what going through Cancer.
Just goose neck the front of the trailer…and bag the trailer axle so you can raise and lower them both at the same time at the same level.
That is what I was saying think he is done more work this way
Just what I was thinking, since it's going to have to be wired for lights and possibly brakes anyway, plumbing in a small air tank and bags with a connection to the truck wouldn't be super difficult. A little high output electric pump rather than having one engine mounted.

I was going to suggest the same thing, but add "Semi Airline Connectors" for the trailer and 2 additional switches on your Ride Control panel for individual height adjustment.
This is John and i wanted to wish you a full recovery and no more cancer best of wishes.!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks John!
