A plot of 100ft x 50ft when measured in meters is 30.48m x 15.24m which will give you 465 square meter. The area occupied by the house is at least two-third of the total land area. If Edo Talk Show don't know how these things are measured and calculated, they have to make sure they get credible people on air to talk about them. Your viewers are NOT daft. You'll lose reputation and credibility if people think and believe they are being cheated. Most of your viewers and patrons are people in Diaspora. Believe me, if there's anything you must do when dealing with these group of people is to make sure you are truthful, honest, credible and totally upright. These are the virtues that make their places of residence so successful and decent.

Too expensive, I almost gave this man job until someone was introduced to me who agree for 1k for workmanship if I buy materials my self and 4,500k if he want to buy everything. But this man is charging 5k for workmanship .😄
