This was an absolute beat down. Never saw it coming. Dickey owned KC in the regular season match up and slow throwing Chris Young looked like a recipe for disaster against this Toronto lineup. The series was won in this game.
I believe the series was won when goins flopped on that pop up game 2 and price had a breakdown blowing a 3-0 lead in 7th. There were so many spots to point to though, and even game 6 JD goes 0-5 leaving 4-5 RISP. Had he even come through 1 time in that game it could have been the difference between game 7 and possibly advancing, and then probably winning the world series. What could have been is a big haunt for that great 2015 team.

Starting Dickey was a huge mistake
Even a few years ago baseball was so much better with nearly every seat in the lower deck having obstructed views from netting, and players wearing shies and belts that matched thier unifoirms. Now they are always in BP type jerseys for games and they look like a little league in house club w players in mismatched belts and childish baby shoes. Its amazing to.me how those in.power are apparently attwmpting destroy any American tradition, and anything showin order and unity. Instead pushing individualism? Over the team. Can we please get one style stirrup for a club, one color shoe, and mayching belt. Is it too much to ask adults to at least look professiobal.
Then theres the junked up stadiums with ads on the field, led boards, and on umpires uniforms. And the stupid video replays... arg.
Anyeay. Baseball.is a great game. Only mlb could kill its fan base, like.NBA did to a large degree. Watch a tape of the 78 or 88 alcs and compare to 2021. 2021 is really visually unappealing, and w everyone attempting to.hit home runs its no.fun.
