- Hundreds of police in riot gear have arrived to clear an encampment on the University of California’s Los Angeles campus after violent clashes between pro-Palestinian and Israeli protesters.
The sound of flashbangs and fireworks could be heard as officers moved in and began removing wooden barricades from the main camp. Police had threatened arrests over speakers if the protesters did not disperse, but most of them stayed.

We MUST have law and order in America period.You have the right to PEACEFULLY DEMONSTRATE but the minute you become violent, damage property, attack Cops,or threaten violence in anyway to anyone or anything or say hate speech,you will be arrested and you will go to court and you will go to jail,because through your own actions you have become a criminal and terrorist and those people we don't want or need in America.

Protests are back already, and continuing to grow in number and size across the country.

Roughly 1/3 of the country wants to stop US military aid to Israel, 1/3 of the country [wants] to continue military aid to Israel, and 1/3 don't know what they feel yet, or don't care about it.

US authoritarianism, not for the first time, is finding itself on the wrong side of history. And, also not for the first time, is resorting to ever more desperate, ever more violent 'solutions'.
