I remember watching this scene for the first time, and was speechless. I didn’t say a thing until the credits rolled, and couldn’t getting it out of my head for the rest of the day.
Same bro, I was bawling my eyes out for like 10 mins, I couldn’t get it out of my head for a week, then I watched flapjack die, I was traumatized after that

The way she couldn’t accept it was so heartbreaking 💔 and Gus breaking down, too. This show did a great job of reminding us that these are kids, not heroes. Most shows like this make the dialogue and actions of teenagers totally unrealistic, but Dana Terrace and all of the writers did such an amazing job of ensuring the audience knows that these kids still don’t know how to process their own raging emotions, let alone the trauma they’ve gone through.

How sad is it that out of all those shows that could’ve lived long enough for us to watch its’ young characters graduate from high school (I know some characters from these shows didn’t go to school but still) the only one ended up being Raven’s Home where we got to see at least Booker graduate from high school because most of the cast members’ contracts were already up because the show lasted that long!?!?!

In my current rewatch I've been due to watch this for like. A month. And haven't partly because I've been really busy but partly because it's too sad

I remember seeing it for the first time. Traumatic for sure, can't believe it's been 2 years since they got separated
The owl house was so good. I can't think of a single bad episode
I feel like the saddest end is the final ending. Probably top three are the following, Luz packing for the University (3rd), Flapjack memorial (2nd, that made me cry in 0.1 seconds.), and everyone saying goodbye (1st, any fans of the series cried at that part.)
In an alternate universe Mr Blight did not separate from the group also going to save Luz and after beating Belos he also goes with Luz to Earth helping around the house and then both Amity's father and Luz's mother understand why Amity and Luz get along so well.

The moment Luz lost King and she was blasted to the Human Realm with her friends and girlfriend, she lost the world and family that accepted her. It really hits hard knowing Luz often suffers more than any other Disney character, but she suffers just as much as Marcy. 😢
Luz: Yeah, we met when our shows ended. She even got me to meet Anne and Sasha!

Why people act like its a big deal💀 tow is good show but how can people cry about a cartoon character. I cried when i ended watching season 3 because there was no more but king fcking flived theres nothing cry about
People cry even over things like cartoon characters because with time people grow a connection to them and losing that connection and many other aspects can create an emotion because we don’t like our connections to change drastically.
The thing is, when most fans watched this episode, it was the last. Disney, being the idiots they are, cancelled it. They gave us 3 extra long episodes but it was after. Imagine watching the last scene of a series you love and seeing this. In case you are a new fan let me tell you, it's fucking depressing. Like I remember listening to the soundtrack of this scene and crying for two weeks straight.
