My vote is for a brown Terazzo and the green leopard with a corset top. For anyone curious, I made some onyx out of a similar performance knit and they are great!
Oh, I like the brown fabric for the Terrazzo dress, the handwoven black brown and white print for the belt bag, and the green animal print for pants. I also need another pair of the Onyx pants as I wear my first pair all the time. I'm curious to see how Amy's fabric works for those. Thanks for sharing!
Love listening to you gab, but it is hard to hear fabric makes. I assume Amy’s Quartz is in a double gauze. I think that is what Picked up from the show notes. I am going to Paris and London this fall with my 16 year old granddaughter & her mum to celebrate her high school graduation i need to make a carry on capsule wardrobe and I will be scouring my Crew patterns. Colours, I am pretty sure, will be black and animal prints, so any shade of brown. Counting on you gals to come out with some super ideas this year. ❤❤❤
Hello...so fun to share with us your sewing plans. Heather please ...can you share your mods of the terrazo dress...could be a cool hack blog post. I think a lot of crew patterns could benefit from some hacks blog post! I have the same secret ...Justine! I keep pushing when it comes to button and then decide to wear the clothe like that! 😅
Heather, I would suggest you go for a rich burgundy. Amy, I'd go with the green - the animal pattern is more suggested than declared and as a result, the end product will have a longer life.
It is great to see all your sewing infectious enthusiasm! Thanks for the week boost! Off to my "utility" garment sewing.😁 if you follow Love, Lucie 's blog, she just posted a fabulous lined boxy jacket from heavier fabric printed like the light colored animal print.
The patterns themselves seem lovely and I’m sure the pieces will turn out great! but hearing you all interrupt and talk over each other was lowkey stressful and made the entirety of the video harder to follow
Lovely plans! I enjoy watching this video until you ladies start talking over one another, it’s hard to differentiate and listen to all the details you want to add to each of the garments. Just to know for future reference.
I was so bummed out when you started Crew. So, your company's objective is to now promote sewing for the folks who have unlimited disposable income, not folks who sew for the love of it, the economy of it, and the ability to make clothes that fit. I would buy several of these patterns if I could buy them a la carte, but $144 for the opportunity to buy a couple of patterns for $16 each. Uh, NO.
the green for the pants. fun to see your makes!
💚
I'm going back to black as well❤ Lately it just suits me😊
🖤🖤🖤
Oookaaaayyyyyy! When is the wide leg Sepia out????!!!!!
Yes, so excited about this
We are really excited about this one...
The green animal print for the jeans, and red for the dress (not because I don't love brown).
Good suggestions!

Ooh, great suggestions!
Winter sewing is for hygge style. Ultimate coziness.
truly 🥰
Make them or don't, but Heather, please share your adventures in Japan! I miss the blogging days. Happy sewing!
Definitely will! And thanks!
I also enjoy brown in both woven and stretch fabrics. It’s a richer colour
good call!
If u r roller skating. The green. FOR SURE
🛼 💚
I see I am the lone vote so far. BROWN. And I'd use Justine's green/black leftovers for the bag.
Great idea!
What pattern is Justine’s blouse?
I think the Basalt from the Crew collection last year, but hopefully they'll confirm!
Looks like the Fran top?
It the Short verison of the Jenna Shirt
Thanks everyone!
Heathers dress i vote brown. Not sure why, but….
especially with the bum bag in the swatch fabric *chef's kiss*
👍

We get so excited 😂. We'll try and watch that though.
Couldn't follow this as all of you spoke at once, so stopped watching
Sorry to hear that. We get so excited... 😂

You can join for 1 month to get that month's pattern for $12. I did that one month and it was very easy.
I'm sorry to hear you feel that way.
